“A good price. I found the application easy to follow. However when proceeding towards the end there was a fault that wouldn’t allow me to complete the form. The problem was that I hadn’t reached the part giving me the name and password. Therefore I couldn’t contact you and the BOT didn’t have a suitable response. There was no phone number as it is an online company.
Eventually I was able to get contact and sort it out but it was stressful. I’m sure things will be fine now.”
“Great price saved me £150. Breakdown cover could be better. not changing wheels is bad. My car does not have a spare wheel. so if i get a puncture i'm stuffed. iv'e had trouble in the past where wheel has welded itself to hub. i'll get a spare . p.s. i don't trust foam repair kits”

“so far i am pretty happy, but the only thin i am not happy with is this automatic renewal. i have looked how to stop this and i do not see how to do it and it is wrong to do this. next year i will have the bank refuse your collection for 2024 insurance as this is the only way i can see how to stop it because i may not agree with the renewal quote. not happy at all with this at all. also you should have a phone number to contact you for people like me who struggle with technology”
