Only issue I have is the upselling when going to complete the purchase of my insurance, breakdown cover was very basic and hire car cover too so ended up paying more per month than the original quote. No interaction will customer service etc,yet, so unable to comment or review.”

The problem is the live chat facility doesn’t seem to work other than for a pre determined list of questions. “Easy to set up was much cheaper that my existing which had gone up by almost double!! For no reason I have been with them for 8yrs and I have over 20yrs no claims I have only ever claimed once in the past and that was a no fault claim somone hit me when I was a traffic lights so I have never really had a claim.
Yoga seems to be good but the proof will be in the pudding hopefully I will never need their help but if I do let's hope its as smooth as signing up with them”
“I have just taken out cover with Yoga for my Van after my previous insurer's premiums became too high. After searching for Van specific cover, Yoga came out head and shoulders above other providers for the cover I needed. As with any insurance, I hope to never need it, and cannot, at this stage comment on after sales service but, for now, I cannot fault their easy to use site, simple details and good value quotation. If you haven't tried them, give it a go, you might be surprised how competitive they are against some of the bigger, well known providers.”
