“I bought my car insurance with YOGA last year because I got a competitive quote. The renewal quote came in at £160 more this year and after updating my renewal policy via the customer Portal this reduced by £40. However I found it cheaper with YOGA using the Go Compare site (and they pay £250 of my excess in the event of an accident - which reduces the compulsory excess). So I have renewed with YOGA via Go Compare. YOGA (actually - all car insurance companies in general) could do better to look at what they offer at renewal and 'price match' where they offer more competitive rates. Since if is likely they have to pay Comparison sites a premium for every policy sold ... why not give it to your existing customers and reward loyalty? Otherwise happy that they are competitive but lose a star in my rating since they could do better in retaining their existing customers.”

“The on-line application was relatively straight forward and the price was right with unexpected free add-ons. Unfortunately the application process was impaired by the clunky on-line form. Having completed the application I lost the form to a blank screen at the payment point which caused me anxiety suspecting some kind of on-line scam! As I found your site via Go Compare I felt reassured and tried again, having finally completed the process I noticed that my account is showing an outstanding quote. Perhaps this issue was a glitch or corrected soon.”
