I saw late on that 9 yrs is max NCB, you need to id this earlier when completing (or i missed it =unclear) ther form since I amended to 10 and it kept defaulting to nine (your limit , fair enough but i wasn't to know that at that point, leading me to go around rerpaeatedly = frustration/ittitation = not so good.., but overall v.good”

“Cheaper than any others so given it’s one insurance you don’t want to claim on I prefer to pay as little as possible. The process was easy and options easily chosen for cover required, no idea about ease of contact but given most insurance companies don’t make contact with them easy seems price out ways anything else to consider”
