“Some questions were difficult to get answers to because you can't actually speak to a live person. If youre unsure about anything the robot doesn't get it all correct. Otherwise it's positive. Last time I insured with them I was able to speak to someone who helped me so I'm a bit sad that's changed.”
“Easy to set up online my only complaint is there is no numbers to contact them they are supposed to put car reg on the MID data base so when they flag up that the car wasn’t insured and we would get a hefty fine if it wasn’t on so are trying to contact them otherwise no other problems”
