“Difficult to contact, cut off thee times on the chat line. Poor application website,asked for purchase price of car not the value. I have had the car from new 22 years! It also assumed that my wife's date of birth was the same as the date she became a UK resident. Tried to charge me for changes.
Suggest you look at format of the application form as it can lead to confusion. I have spent over 4 hours sorting this out. Not happy!”
