“Was pleased to get a competitive quote but it was late in the evening when I got it. Decided to take it up the next day, thinking I would have 24 hours to do so. However, by the next morning, the quote had jumped up by £12 or so.
I think 24 hours from receipt of quote would be a fair time, not just until midnight on the date of receipt.
Also, I agree with the person who pointed out the large fee for cancellation within 14 days. That is far too much!
Otherwise, so far the online purchase process has been fairly quick and straightforward.”
“I feel that when the first quote included many things, it felt off to then pay extra for them when going through the quote. A bit disingenuous. It was cheaper than my original company but ended up with less cover. I wish I had not signed up but there is a charge to cancel.”
