“The price was fair. After I had paid the balance I was emailed confirmation of the policy with details how to access the account using an app and downloading the documents. At the time of purchase I was not aware how dependent upon technology this product was and since my husband doesn't own a smart phone then this could be a problem. I contacted customer service and requested paper copies and was informed about how Yoga are reducing paper usage but once I explained my problem she was able to agree to posting out the documents. The required paperwork was received a day later.”
