Would have been a 5 *, however the only downside I found was the "Breakdown & Recovery" option. I chose the "Standard & Free" option only to find out once I had paid that the roadside recovery is limited to 10 miles from home and every mile after that was £3.00. I went onto the Yoga online Live Chat and found that the "Gold Option" was unlimited roadside recovery mileage for an extra £39.00, which I took as an option. It would have been better if the "Breakdown & Recovery" T&Cs were a little more obvious at the beginning.
All documentation came through online and was easily downloaded.
Will be interesting to see what my 2024 premiums will be as other insurance companies always seem to put up the premium even if no claims and a loyal customer.”
