“After trying so many websites and Chat service looking for car insurance I was getting very frustrated. When phoning you are put on hold for a very long time and when you pull up the chat for quicker response, it is same and then when you get through you have someone at end who does not understand what you are writing and you need to come off anyway. So annoying and frustrating. ANYWAY I THEN FOUND YOGA INSURANCE AND THE STEP BY STEP ONLINE SERVICE WAS SO MUCH EASIER AND QUICKER TO DEAL WITH, THEREFORE THEY WON MY BUSINESS.”

As of the older generation was a bit put off with the portal part, not being very technically minded but managed to get.

“Good competitive price, but frustrating that there is no phone number, and that you can't talk to a person directly, has to be a 'Chat' or a 'bot'. This is really irritating as you can't have a proper conversation and get the information you want. All about cost for the company, but for the user unsatisfactory.”
