they don't care if your house sells as they get paid anyway, that much is obvious. Changes to your ad to try to drum up business? Sound advise on how to increase viewings? Easy comms and quick responses? No, no and no. Yopa sucks, avoid!

In my opinion, they don’t communicate, yet quick to withdraw the sale board and the ad on Rightmove after a complaint relating to bad service, within minutes. When contacting the complaints dept you simply get thrown the terms and conditions…. If they reach out to you once every 4 weeks, thats classed as acceptable. Monies were taking from our bank, despite withdrawing 6 months early. We are now dealing with the financial ombudsman. I’m also purchasing through YOPA and after 4 months have received communication once from them. I’m left, dealing with updates etc from my solicitor. Disgraceful service, yet enthusiastic when taking fees

I’ve had an awful experience with Yopa—twice. Most recently in 2025, I instructed them to re-list my tenanted property and clearly told them to arrange viewings through my letting agent (Dixons). They ignored this, scheduled viewings without access, and cancelled on buyers last minute. Their agent even told me it was "not their responsibility" to arrange access—completely unprofessional. The result? Wasted time, lost buyers, frustrated tenants, and no sale. This happened before in 2021 too, proving they haven’t improved. They offered me £50 and a “featured listing” as a resolution, which is an insult after the damage caused. Avoid Yopa if you want your property taken seriously or handled professionally. I'm now pursuing the matter through the Property Ombudsma

Avoid at all costs. I don't even know where to begin. But I know where it ends. With me paying £1,200 for NOTHING. Honestly - steer clear of them.

Keep well away. You tell them a sale price, then automatically they want a £10k buffer to work with One month later they want you to reduce the sale price. Then they get house buying companies to offer ridiculously low offers. To try and convince you to drastically reduce the price. I will be involving the Ombudsman about this.

Lots of sales chat about how house would sell quickly. 6 viewings over 10 months and £1800 to pay when no sale. Employed good local estate agent and no problem.

Tried to book a viewing through an agent who doesn't know what bloody day it is Booked for Saturday 22nd Feb at 12.30 She changed it to the 20th Feb for 13.15 Cancelled this viewing as unable to make weekdays and messaged Said she doesn't do Sunday viewings. Confirmed the 22nd of February 2025 is in fact Saturday and not Sunday. They clearly don't want to do any viewings.

Yopa is unjustly claiming £1,200 after my sale fell through due to the buyer's frustration and eventual withdrawal. This entire process dragged on for 10 months. I was assigned a solicitor by them, which required extensive micromanagement on my part. Their agent, despite being young and inexperienced, added to my frustrations as I constantly had to chase for updates. They provided me with a solicitor but insisted they are not affiliated with their services, raising further concerns about the support I received. Going to watch dog with this , must not be the only person, their doing this to. Stay away from this company and its solicitors ..

Avoid at all costs. My parents chose Yopa to sell their house. They regret their decision, no sale, 1 viewing, Unprofessional staff, months of silence from agent, incorrect information on house details which we had to highlight. No sale but had to pay fee. I feel that as Yopa have a guaranteed payment from you they don't actually have to do anything to sell your house, there is no incentive for them to do so and their attitude mirrors this!

Unprofessional. Lost all details within 1 day then sent emojis asking for them again. DO NOT WASTE your time with these jokers.

Similar to many other reviews. YOPA reactive not proactive . Advised huge drop on asking price within two weeks and again about 4 weeks later . I appointed another estate agent and the difference was immense . YOPA only seemed to get viewings if I had a viewing already booked with the other agent . Then no communication for months . I contacted their complaint dept who said everything had been carried out properly so I contacted the property ombudsman. They take ages too. They asked me for payment for the contract 3 months before it was due but on the due date... No communication , invoice . Nothing 2 months AFTER. I'd sold my house I got an email from the agent to tell me he had an interested cash buyer... So he didn't even know the house was sold. I still haven't paid due to the Ombudsman seemingly looking at the case ..Ironically they're having to work harder to get the money off me than they did trying to sell my house. Dozens of 1 star reviews say it all

Found this company on Instagram clicked on it, I got invited and put on a WhatsApp group. After observing for close to 3 weeks I invested in and I started making a lot of profits on their trade recommendations. After a week they invited me into an Elite Program with abillity to make large amounts of profit but I had to put more money in to meet the minimum, I did that. Another week passed and my account was up to 293K dollars, i decided to take some out. They told me I can\'t take it out yet, I have to wait to the end of the Elite Program, I waited and I tried again within another week, the declined my withdrawals and freezed my account, asking me to make another payment upon all the investments I have made. A friend of mine who work under fraudulent agencie advised me not to do so and referred me to a recovery agent named Alexi victim with the email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who helped me retrieve and make my withdrawals. Please don't ever believe anything they tell you from this company for your safety
