Extremely slow delivery, my order is still being processed 4 weeks later. Do Not use Zara Online, pathetic!

Nice clothes but, they treat customers like idiots and rip us off in the U.K. I took an item of clothing to the checkout at Zara Guildford, the item was marked up at €35. I hadn’t noticed the price was in € and not £ and was horrified when they asked for £45. They tried to fob me off saying that they had to add VAT to the Euro price, there was an exchange difference and they were imported? The ticket price in € includes local VAT just like it does in the U.K. and at the current exchange rate €35 is less than £30. So they are charging us 50% more in the U.K. than in Europe. They don’t deserve anyones custom!

Horrible service. Received items that I paid a higher price for and the day I received them they go on sale. Customer service refused to refund the difference. Went into the store and they said I "could return the items and come back the next day and purchase again IF they were available." These "non american" companies have no concept of what customer service means.

Zara deserves no stars!! Horrible experience- Ordered a deress for my daughters Christmas present, she lives in Ontario and I live in Alberta. There was a billing address and a shipping address- well they sent the dress to the billing address where it was refused.Upon checking the tracking it showed that the dress was on its way back to the warehouse. I called customer service to make sure once it arrived at the warehouse it would then be sent to the correct address and they assured me that it would. A week later I received an email from Zara saying that unfortunately my order couldnt be filled due to no stock! Whaaaat?So i guess once my order made it back to the warehouse it was sold to someone else! Goodbye Zara- I wont be ordering from you ever again- thanks for ruining my daughters Christmas!!

They have horrible customer service. I purchased a gift for someone for Christmas, because I tried to plan ahead to ensure I would receive it I purchased it in November. On Christmas Day when the gift was opened, it was discovered the item doesn't fit. Zara will not exchange or return it because it is past 30 days from their original ship date. Ridiculous company!

Ruined Christmas with no apology I placed an order on December 22nd for next day delivery. I then received an email stating the item would arrive on December 30th the following day. I contacted customer service who were not only unhelpful but their response was completely unapologetic. They told me to contact them if my order hadn't arrived by December 30th! Now I have no time to buy another present and I'm extremely annoyed

Don't know what has happened to Zara clothes but this year they have been awful. If you are 16years old and size 6 they might be OK. Most women don't want half a top and skirts that come just below the nicker line. Please go back to having clothes for real women.

Always loved Zara but after my experience with Zara I will shop there again..I purchased a blouse which I wore for the first time to a meeting ..To my horror I notice as I was sitting there that all the buttons had fallen of and left me in a very embarrassing position..iv complained to Zara asking for a replacement or refund ,I purchased this blouse on a day out by was told I needed to take back to store ..No apology nothing ..when I returned the garment the same no apology nothing ..Zara sell at expensive prices tags for very poorly made and bad quality merchandise….

Customer Service is seriously lacking for Zara. The store manager looked at his iPhone and stated that there was a specific jacket that I requested in the store but refused to look for the merchandise. My Boyfriend located it on the Return rack of the store. This was the most rude customer service that I have ever witnessed. This was in the Walnut Creek Store, CA. At the checkout counter, he majority of people were returning piles of clothing.

Bought a great shirt in Oxford store along with another item. After trying it on at home I felt it was too big so wanted to swap for smaller size. Took it back intact with labels & bag but had inadvertently lost the receipt. Store refused to accept it back to swap sizes. I can show my bank statement as proof of purchase. Than I got Covid. Will I get my right size shirt? HOW ABOUT PAPERLESS RECEIPTS ZARA? & I’m over 70yrs of age

The absolute worst customer service ever (call center). I have been waiting 2 months for a $6.37 refund. I was told they work like an assembly line and there is no guarantee as to when my issue will be addressed. They even have to put in a request for me to speak to a manager which can take a minimum of two days. I am now 4 phone calls into this and two in-person trips to the store without a resolution. I keep getting the run around and am told over and over to wait a few days for a response, which never happens. I sure hope Zara treats their employees better than their customers because I cannot imagine working for a company like this. The hassle is sure not worth the $6 but I really shouldn't have to fight for a refund for a product I did not receive.

I ordered from site and accidentally ordered 3 of same sweaters. Order was purchased 12 hours before and wasn’t even shipped. I called customer service and they said they couldn’t change or modify an order and that a supervisor would contact me. What a lousy place to shop with. I will not be shopping there anymore, bad customer service.

I live in Malaysia and we had movement order control because of covid while all the shops had been closed. Before the movement control starts I bought a dress from Zara and asked the cashier what will happen if movement control order starts because I couldn't try the dress at that moment due to covid. She answered, I can come back for exchange only anytime when shops reopen. The shops reopened in August and I just went for the exchange, but they don't accept it because they had this new exchange policy for only two months after reopening. It is very dissapointing, and I don't trust them anymore though I have been a loyal customer. It was very unfair and unprofessional to not to accept such a small exchange while it has happened due to their cashier. I felt they don't mind to cheat and lied to me only to have last moment sell.

I bought one shirt for my friend and it didn't fit. I received the shirt without the inner tag. I called customer service regarding this issue I was sent an email that they could not help me. This is the 3rd experience with zara. I bought a dress that came in the mail with a big hole on it. This company only cares about keeping customer money in their pocket instead of good customer service. For this reason I decided to contact better business bureau

Recieved the worst customer service. Ordered two outfits and paid extra for express shipping and the order was supposed to arrive on September 1st. The order never showed up and no explanation. Today they issue a refund and decide not to give me the shipping fee. I still do not know what happened to the order , or wether is was even shipped. Be careful

What is with the zara collections now the clothes look like tac and are priced and £50 to £80 it is absurd. There is no quality in them and I dont understand what their seasonal trend is no proper style or theme
