Just been into your store Trafford centre Manchester asked one of the colleagues for a jacket and he’s literally walking away and I’m chasing him to be told I’ve not seen that for weeks and he walked off Customer service is diabolical

I would give 0 stars if it let me. Purchased a very expensive, small trash bin ($70) that arrived cracked in multiple spots and unevenly stained. It isn't just for collecting trash, but actually a piece of trash itself! And when I went to go review it on Zara....it was gone...no longer in existence days after I ordered (Zara customer service has no explanation for this)...seems very sketchy, especially with the condition I received mine in. Customer service offered no reprieve beyond me having to waste my time and money to repackage this piece of literal trash and send it back to them.

I overheard two employees making fun of two Jewish ladies who didn’t have the online receipt, since they didn’t have smart phones. They were saying “these idiots coming here with their Nokia brick phones asking for reviews hehehe” I think it was extremely rude and very unprofessional.

Don’t buy from this store! If you have to return anything they are willing to take your purchase back, but not to give you your money back. I am waiting for my refund for over two months now.

I love Zara clothes, but their online customer service is horrible and shipping during sale season is abysmal. Two of my orders were cancelled/unfindable due to an "error that occurred during the delivery process" and each agent could not tell me what "error during delivery" meant or what the error actually was. And I didn't receive a notification about the error from Zara. I had to contact them to figure out where my packages were. There was no update or email on their end. And the worst part is the delivery service, T'Force. T-Force cancelled 1 package after updating the tracking status, at random, for 2 months. Between T-Force and Zara customer service agents providing script like answers , it was an exhaustive experience. And Zara did not rectify the issue to my liking. They told me since the items I purchased were out of stock they would simply just give me a refund. The agent mentioned she'd pass on my request to accommodate me, but I know nothing will come from her statement. Also, during several chats with their customer service, I was given case numbers to refer if I needed to follow up. When i did follow up with the given case number, they couldn't find the referenced case in their system. Terrible . SMH.

@ZARA has the worst customer service. First, you messed up my order, and now you are refusing to accept the return. And your store manager at Mall of America cannot be ruder. Horrible experience.

Do not buy online, I return in store and the refund went back to a gift card that I used and destroyed, loosing 111.28 in the store I was never told that it will be refund to the gift card I wanted a exchanged a service that they don’t have which it doesn’t make sense, I hate this people terrible customer service will never buy from them again I used to spend hundreds of dollars a month, check Mango is a lot better and Express I will post this every where.

I bought a gift voucher for my granddaughter. Money was taken from my current and credit card…numerous phone calls to resolve. The item was confirmed as paid with credit card and ARN numbers requested for that money. got for debit card then still not sorted as wanted one from credit card which was not disputed….will never shop with them ever. Money and time wasted on my part trying to get my money returned for their error. Sorry does not cut it..Angry the customer services are all sat at home still and resolving issue with someone who is able to explain why an ARN number for the credit card was needed when this was not disputed….Payments need it is not an explanation from a manager.

I I have been double charged at the Canterbury store £100. I have contact the store and Zara costume service many time, I have been waiting for over 3 months and nobody wants to engage in returning my money. Looks like I need to take legal advice.

awful Customer service when you wish to return an item that don’t fit because it’s 1 day over the 30 days due to Royal Mail delivery total rubbish store not a happy bunny!

My online order was lost only a couple items arrived. I was charged for the full order. I called over 6 times and they finally opened a case but they did not send me an updated as promised via email ; text; or call. Their customer service folks are rude and not understanding…. They hang up on you as if the call was disconnected… then I must call them back and start over with explaining the issue. Very frustrating and their policy where they won’t give price adjustment for items. I don’t recommend their online shopping or dealing with their horrible customer service. They won’t answer the phones in the stores just to ask question before driving into store wasting time. Going to start looking elsewhere to shop.
