“I love the scarfs that are sold. I think for a woman over thirty, you don't feel intimidated to purchase the clothing in Zara. Store locations in Oxford Street, London are amazing when you walk through the doors. One thing that needs improvement is that the employees must approach customers more often. They are selling a brand and should show it more in their actions.”

“I haven't bought from Zara before. I don't really like online shopping but the parcel arrived quickly in a lovely box that made it feel like Christmas. All of the items were great quality and the sizing was great. A positive experience which I will repeat and definitely recommend”
