“We were waiting at the meeting point from 9.30am for a 10.00am pick up by Zip Transfers. Nobody from ZIP Transfers to meet us at the meeting point, At about 10.20am after trying to contact ZIp, We then had a call that the driver was waiting outside the cruise terminal meeting point on the side of the road instead of driving into the cruise terminal, Having to drag our luggage about 100yds to the taxi.”

“We arrived at the airport and found several Zip taxi drivers but was told we had not booked with Zip. After showing our booking confirmation we were told our driver was running late and would be 15 minutes. We waited and he arrived!”
