“About two years ago I purchased a 15 inch trampoline from Zupapa through Amazon. Within the first year we had a wind storm which destroyed the trampoline. I reached out to Zupapa concerning how I could get parts to repair it. I sent an email to Zuppa and there representative Yummy work with me to get the parts that I needed for size trampoline that I have. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for replacement parts for their trampoline.”

“Although we had some issues with delivery (our box 3 had gotten lost in shipping), the customer service was excellent. I was a little skeptical at first because there was no phone number (only email), but Betty returned each one of my correspondences by the next day and they shipped me out another box 3 without hesitation. Great customer service!”

“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have a Zupapa 12' Trampoline that I bought on amazon over a year ago, and when a bad storm bent 3 of the safety net poles, I e-mailed customer service and got an immediate response. Cicely was an amazing customer service representative and FedEx'ed new poles that arrived within a couple days of initiating my claim.”

“We purchased our trampoline over a year ago. A couple of the framing poles were damaged beyond repair recently and Zupapa sent me the replacement parts within 3 days, no questions asked. We are very pleased to have our trampoline back. Thanks Zupapa.”

“We purchased this trampoline in 2020 and loved the higher weight limit so it could grow with the kids. It’s how 2022 and because of a hurricane, the trampoline was flipped, bending all of the support poles for the netting. We contacted Zumpapa and they responded quickly, replacing all of the poles that were bent at no cost. I would recommend this brand to anyone just for the customer service alone.”

“I was extremely impressed with the attentiveness and prompt response time I received when I reached out for a replacement piece for my trampoline. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that all of my questions were answered. She was very thorough so that she could ensure that the proper piece was replaced and that I was happy with the product overall.”

“Have had the trampoline for 2 years and it has held up great in the Las Vegas sun. Finally the safety net started to fall apart. Emailed the company and got a quick reply from Yummy and was able to figure out which net I needed just from a picture.”

“I ordered a 2022 saffun trampoline and the tree swing. I am super impressed by how fast the shipping time was and how well organized the parts and instructions are. Everything came perfect and the quality is perfect as well. Also my child got excited about the grip socks that came with it, it's the little things. Overall very impressed with this purchase.”

“Excellent customer service. This has been a great trampoline (15ft), kids love it. I had a part break and I emailed customer service.
