Reviews.co.uk have been excellent. I have used other online review companies in the past, but none have been as good as Reviews.co.uk. The review system is quickly and easily automated - and personalised. Shoppers get an automatic invitation to review and the reviews just keep on appearing. I use the floating widget on my home page - have a look www.thepinkgecko.co.uk - and customers often comment on the reviews they have read before purchasing - so I am quite sure that my conversion rates are improved due to reviews.co.uk . I was worried initially about online reviews, thinking what would I do if I had a poor one - and then it would be there for ever - would I wish I had never started?! I have in the past had one defamatory and libellous review posted - and Reviews.co.uk removed this (quite rightly) - I just got in touch via online chat. As regards any reasonable poor reviews...I don't think that most reasonable companies who strive to do a good job would have many of these, but there is a blog post advising on how to respond to these too.
