I've only been using Reviews.co.uk for three days now but I've already received 5 positive merchant reviews. One customer had a slight issue but, thanks to Reviews.co.uk, I got to hear about it and was able to approach the customer directly. I've now turned a customer with a slightly negative experience into a brand advocate... all in just three days! The customer service is second to none with senior team members being on hand to talk through things in person. The pricing system and lack of a fixed-term contract is also incredibly attractive to a small business owner. The customer login area is very user-friendly...
