I had previously used another provider to collect online reviews, I had found my current supplier to be long winded and convoluted and pretty expensive in the long run. Tied into a long contract and no real control over the branding of the email that was sent to customers. I decided to go looking for a new supplier and found Reviews!! Niki and her team are excellent!! Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about collecting online reviews. The back office system is easy to follow and the dashboard displays everything you require. Every step has been thought about and there are no contracts to lock you in. But why would we want to leave - Reviews are a company that deliver on service and pricing!!!
