Fantastic service. I was a very unhappy Trustpilot customer as they seemed to have forgotten what customer service even looks like and are just flat out rude and arrogant these days. I had a brief talk with Lewis who answered some questions and he gave me a very good rate to switch over even helping out with a bit of a discount while we make the switch from Trustpilot! When I came over I went on live chat with a few questions and Alice spent a good while with me helping me get set up and ready to go.
