Great on-boarding session with Ciaran which produced something extremely useful. From this, I was shown, among many of the features, the facility of setting up a voucher code for our business when people leave a review. This is a brilliant feature as it is a direct incentive to leave more reviews and then encourage users to the site and achieve an increase in sales potential. We are over the moon with the support we get, how the reviews interact and look on our site and how the system is working overall. So much so, we have already increased to the next price plan to accommodate our growing business needs and are pleased we made the right decision in selecting our reviews partner.
