I was told battery would arrive between 9-11 AM . He arrived after 6 PM. I understand that I pay a premium for delivery and installation. However, I do expect delivery on time as scheduled.

I had a battery failure and found your site online while searching for service. Everything looked great so I placed order…what your site doesn’t say is “may or may not show up” I had a window of 2 hrs and nothing…I gave it another 2 hrs and still nothing. I reached out to company and was told it was hard finding person in my area (San Antonio isn’t a huge city but it’s not tiny either). Told me first thing in morning. I explained need for car to get to work, etc and had they told me up front it would be longer I’d have done something different but now it’s too late so I hope to see first thing in morning. I again reached out following day as I had no update which they responded and had assigned a person and sent me tracker. That was a nice perk, to not lock me to watching for them. They arrived, very cordial and hard worker he was able to change out battery and get me on my way. Loved this whole concept with exception of a promised window and lack of communication unless I initiated. Should I require warranty work how does that work as I was left no paperwork?

Yeah, these guys are terrible just plain and simple. First they brought me the wrong battery and was basically five or six hours late so I waited all day for nothing. The customer service center closes early so you can’t get in touch with anyone. I called the next morning at 6:30 AM of my time and they assured me I would have my battery on the way and there by 9 AM. Long story short; they didn’t show up at nine I was told they would be there between 11 and 2; I told him I had to leave by two to make an appointment so he put me on hold and contacted the tech. The tech guaranteed him that he would be out out of my way and done by 2 o’clock. Anyway, he didn’tshow up till about 4 o’clock. I wasted two days and I don’t know how many hours I was on the phone on hold waiting to talk to someone to try to remedy or find out at least what was going on; terrible communication, lots of excuses, I will never use them again.

Unfortunately, this service is not very good. We requested service for a two hour window for which we waited for them to either contact us or show up at where we had the truck. Once the two hour window expired, no one contacted us to provide an update. I had to contact them through the first text messeage I had received from them. They eventually responded to let us know they have a limited amount of techs in our area. They would provide an update with a more accurate ETA. After another hour went by and no update I had to have them cancel the order. They wanted to try the next day, but we were not available. I think the idea is great, but the execution still has a way to go since they were not able to complete it in the time frame we requested.

The sale itself was perfectly fine however, the technician that they sent to do the service was extremely rude. Extremely arrogant did nothing but curse at me the entire time he was there as if he completely hated his job, and I was the worst person in the world that he wanted to see at that moment in time and then questioned why I did not give him a tip. I give tips for great service. He gave me the crappy service I’ve ever had from any type of service blamed me for everything that went wrong with the service from him bringing the wrong battery Tim traveling an hour and 45 minutes to get to me to having to go back to get the correct battery. He tried to tell me that was all my fault.

I paid for a warranty and a battery install after 12pm on 5/31/2026 Order # 116740. I have called , checked my email and sent a message online. It is now 7:40pm cst and I still don’t have a battery. I have used you all before and never had this problem and this is not right. Communication and status updates can be better.

I will not use this service again. The window time at the time I completed the order for a delivery and installation of a battery was 2-3 hours or 1 pm latest. Then the updates given were fake and ultimately after multiple calls where I asked for the technician/driver himself to contact me it became apparent that now the window time was 3-5 pm. After speaking to the technician he said he was able to re-arrange his appointments and came at 3:15 pm. When he began installing the battery I noticed it was not the one that I had purchased. The 1-800-Battery person told me it was a "better one" for the same price as what I purchased. I have no idea but went along with it. I'm still waiting for my $10 credit and information from them about what battery they installed. Ultimately, since I have no confidence in 1-800-Battery I took a picture of what the technician's order instructions were. The technician was fine.

The service was great. Tobias, who completed the service, was professional, polite and explained everything well. One suggestion - if possible, please provide an estimate of when the technician might arrive. I wanted all day not knowing when the service would be completed.

The tech Chris was great. I think you could improve on the timeliness. I don’t think asap to me should be the next day. I was a bit disappointed on how long it took to get my battery changed but when Chris showed up he was very professional and quick. He was great
