“I usually change my own battery, but really didn't feel like getting out there in the 29 degree weather to deal with it, so I called. Very good overall service. Telephoned to let me know the status of my order. Technician came during the scheduled time period. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and finished the job in about 10 minutes. Price was competitive but the convenience was fantastic! Highly recommend and A+ service.”

“The tech showed up 3 hours outside the 4 hour window, although I do not think this was his fault.I had to contact the copany for an update about my service. It was getting dark and my car was in the garage with limited lighting. but he did not bring in his light or go to the car 20 feet away to get it. He was not personable and was on his phone for 8 of the 10 minutes he was here. He did not tighten the brace that keeps the bettery from vibrating. I had to point that out to him. He appeared to tighten it. When I had my state inspection the next day I asked them to check on the battery because I did not trust that it was properly installed. The tech had to tighten the brace, so the tech either only appeared to tighten it or he did not complete the process. He was too focused on getting out and on his way home and to talking on the phone and not interacting with me. He did an extremely poor job and if I hadn't watched him and known what was needed and have his work checked my new battery would have died much sooner than needed due to vibration.”

“I called in the morning because I couldn't get the battery to jump start and asked for help changing it. Waited for 24 hours and never had a tech sent out. I ended up changing it myself and then drove to autoPne to aks then if I even did it properly. I had to call off from work because no one came.”
