“given a grace period of 1 hour from the proposed window tech was on time. he was excellent. the battery was not the one that was illustrated on the website - a call to the distributor was met with the claim that it was an equivalent (this is nice to know but did not inspire trust - if you are not going to send the battery listed it would have been nice to be informed since i read a review of my choice but not the replacment before instillation. the price was no bargain. the convenience was worth it for me but may not be for others.”

“Discovered car batery would need to be replaced, had doctor appointment that afternoon. Called Battery.com. Within two hours of my call, car was running again. Excellent!”

“The young man that came and did the installation was great, a good personality and knowledgeable. Not sure of the battery quality, we bought the cheapest, as the age of the car and our ages we don't know which will last longer. We appreciate your quality service.”

“Jeff was awesome. He was very personable and explained what he was doing while changing out my car battery. Even knew by how the parts on the vehicle that it was from Ohio which I did not know. All in all great experience would go through here again”

“I have mixed feelings about my experience with 1-800-Battery. On the plus side, the person who put in my battery, Andrew, was polite, helpful, and accomplished the task in about 15 minutes in the dark. The cost was about what it would have been had a been able to get my vehicle to a store. For these reasons, I would use them again. On the negative side, I scheduled an afternoon installation. First, the time got pushed back to 8 p.m. Then, it got moved to the next night because of some mix-up with ordering the battery. Andrew did offer to try jumping it, but we'd already tried that. They did knock off $10 for the inconvenience. Fortunately, I'm retired and had another vehicle I could use, so it didn't interfere too much with my life.”

“Excellent service, outstanding installer (friendly, professional, courteous, efficient). While it costs more than a mechanic would charge considering they come to your location it was reasonable. I would recommend and if necessary will also use again”

“If I could, I would give this service ten stars. This company's communication is on point from the operator I called to change the service time to the text messaging and emailing regarding location of the service provider to the map to show where the service provider is, I felt so at ease during a stressful time of my car battery suddenly dying. My service provider was Khalil. I don't think I've met a more congenial, efficient and personable person; not to mention, he had to work in the dark which did not faze him even a little. His positive attitude was uplifting and it made the process seemless. I have already spread the word to multiple people and sources that this company is hands down a pleasure to have worked with. Thank you for concluding my chatoic day with the support I needed to effortlessly continue the work week. You are a lifesaver!”

“i was offered multiple options online for when and how my battery could be replaced, but i was called two hours later and informed there is only one person working in my city and they would not be able to see me same day much less within the two hours i was quoted. dont put fake times online. i would have just gone with someone that could make sure my kid could to school and i coudl get to work. this was frustrating.”

“Reply and response was spot on. I really appreciated the Information and statistics on the choice of batteries that were offered. The tech Jeff Walker who came to my house to perform the installation, was professional, knowledgeable, and quite proficient in completion of a difficult task. Jeff kept me informed as to what was taking place every step of the way. Having a dead battery is not something to look forward to, but because of 1-800 Battery.com and espicially Jeff Walker, it made a bitter pill a little easier to swallow. I highly recomend 1-800 Battery.com.”
