They installed the wrong battery. I paid for a much better quality battery Battery they installed was half the price of the purchase Battery this needs to be corrected.

The technician was competent. The web site is lacking. I picked a 2 - 4 PM time slot, but the battery arrived at 8 PM. I was sent a text with a link to a web site which is for sale - which I took as a red flag for a scam.

There's nothing to evaluate yet no one has showed up I'm kind of glad they didn't come last night I'm 73 years old with cataracts and I can't drive at night I know after they start the car I am going to have to drive it

FRIENDLY, FAST SERVICE. BEST PART IS NOT HAVING TO LEAVE HOME. IT'S A BIT PRICEY BUT WHEN THE TEMP IS I SINGLE DIGITS AND YOU'RE NOT HAVING TO SIT IN A STORE WAITING AREA IT MAKES SENSE

After a customer purchases a battery, it should immediately be followed up with a call from the installer. The client and the installer should then arrange a time for the battery to be installed. I purchased a $300 battery and then had no idea what was going to happen next. Fearing I was being ripped off, I had to call. They assured me that I would be hearing from the installer. I called two more times and left my name & number but am pretty sure that call never went through and just disconnected. The next day, I connected with the company rep and was horrified when I found out that the installer was coming from New York (over 70 miles away). During that call, I requested that the installer call me. He did and everything went smoothly from there. Seriously, your company has to connect the customer with the installer immediately. It was very nerve wracking. I can't recommend your company.

I woke up to find my battery dead at 5:30 in the morning. I scheduled a new battery at about 6am. The person who came to install my battery did an amazing job. The company had given him the wrong battery to install, but he assured me that he would go pick up the correct battery and he would come back to install it for me. He did so by 3pm, and I was so thankful to him to getting my battery completed before the end of the day. I wish I had gotten his name but he did an amazing job.

I had such a positive experience with everyone I talked to on the phone (and I called 3 times) They were SO helpful and patient - even though I was distraught over my car being dead. Their positivity helped turn my day around. Thomas changed changed the battery very efficiently and explained the problem thoroughly. I am grateful for the help and professional I encountered with your company.

Technicians are fine. Company is horrible. Same experience as others. Lied to about wait times. Long story short, plan on over 24 hours when told “the technician is headed your way”. Find a good mobile mechanic and bypass this company.

Well the guy that actually came and changed my battery was good. The status tracking is all BS because my driver was dispatched for 6 hours. I got a lot of run around when I tried to contact and see what the holdup was. Told he was on his way, then 3 more hours I’m waiting. I get another text he is 45 min out at the latest. 2 hours after that my battery finally arrived. ETA was 3 hours and it ended up taking 10.

very happy with service. replacing a battery now-a-days is not what I remember growing up, no way I could have done it myself, too many tools required. Only slightly negative is that the technician had never changed a battery on a mini cooper before, so had to resort to the internet for instructions....even at that, took some trial and error to get it done, and we had to work together to put it back together.
