“The technician who serviced my vehicle was Robert. He was very nice, polite, and answered all of my questions. The warehouse gave him the wrong size battery, and he promptly called them, went back to get the correct size, and installed it. His customer service is outstanding.”

“Although the technician came out did the job was very polite and was able to accomplish what we needed. The battery was purchased on a Tuesday and I received a message saying it was being scheduled and a technician would be coming out on Tuesday only to find out that the technician was actually not coming out till Wednesday that is information that would be greatly acceptable when you purchase a battery and an installation so that you don’t have a work vehicle stuck on the side of the road trying to figure out what to do next and unfortunately that information was not relayed to me until after I had already paid in full”

“I ordered a part and shipping said two business days. I finally have received the tracking number 4 days later and I won't actually receive the item until 10 days after I ordered it. I would have paid more for shipping or ordered from somewhere else if I had known it would take 10 days. My full-time job is deliveries using my car. I won't ever use this company for car parts again.”

“I tried one 800 batteries and I filled everything out and left a note that I would like them to install it and asked if they needed my keys or anything in the note section I submitted my request… After several days I got a response driver assigned, appointment, date, ASAP. They also use the word technician.. all this led me to believe that they would install my battery, as I asked in the notes. turns out all they did was ship me a battery just about a week later, and it sat on my doorstep.! I could’ve gone to Napa five blocks away and bought a better battery at a cheaper price, but I guess I didn’t read any fine print… Delivery only no install!! Never again …. You got me !”

“You guys was disingenuous the first time I called about how long it would take for the mechanic to arrive to my house. If I was told it would take between five and 6 o'clock I would understood that. I called at 12:30 that was told 90 minutes. Honesty and business is very important. Once the mechanic arrived, he was wonderful and did his job in a professional manner. I hope this information will be considered with the same seriousness that I delivered it.”

“We were so pleased that there was a mobile service to replace our car battery; however, we were disappointed in the process execution. Prior to completing the online form at 1pm, we contacted customer service and they assured us that the service would be completed in the next 5-6 hours, so we paid online. At 7pm, we called back and were told that there was a slim chance for service that day. The service was completed the next day.”

“Truly unbelievable experience. I was suspicious of the "buy it and we'll tell you and ETA" so I called the 800 number. I could not believe what I was hearing "Same day .. In most cases within 90 minutes". I took the plunge and indeed a DoorDasher delivered the new car battery within 90 minutes! Exact replacement. Lowest price anywhere. Delivered at no cost (well, tip for the driver). Didn't have to go pick it up. Amazing.”

“I have never used this service. Exceeded my expectations! I ordered the battery late at night. The only problem is it won't tell you if the delivery would be morning or night. However, they delivered it at 0900 hrs and we were off to the airport by noon. Awesome job! We only did delivery. I can't attest to install...”

“The tech was great but communication as far as when you receive your services is crazy. I made my purchase for ASAP at 3:30 PM and job wasn’t fulfilled until 9:30 AM the next day. Fortunately I wasn’t in an emergency or it could’ve been a lot worse. Either way they got the job done.”

“The process was smooth and they took time to get it right. Justin was professional and knowledgeable. The battery that the website had me choose was incorrect for my car so Justin went to a local store and swapped it out for the correct battery.. Justin did a really good job. The only criticism I have is that my appointment was from 8 to 10 and the service was done around 11. Not a big deal for me.”
