I was pleased that I found a company that came directly to my home to swap out a dead battery. The person that did the job was polite and very quick. My only complaint was the timing. I was told over the internet it would be between 8 - 10 AM. The serviceman did not arrive until 12:30 or so. Now, the weather was pretty horrible that morning as a note.

I wasn’t too sure what to expect never using a service like this. Our technician that came out was professional polite and very quick. I will use your service in the future and recommend my family to use it also. I had knee replacement less than a week ago. The peace of mind of using your service instead of trying to get friends and family help me was well worth it.

The mechanic wasn’t able to replace the battery because he said one of the cable connections was too corroded. I asked him if could change the connection clamp and he said no. So I was charged $100 and my vehicle is still stranded in the shopping center parking lot:

Communication is terrible. I ordered a battery at 1pm on Friday. I got notice that they had received the order and that a Tech had been assigned. I waited an hour and then used the chat feature and was told that it would be about 2 hours due to high volume. I said great, after 5 hours i tried calling the customer service number but no one picked up. Evidentlly they were closed, no message on the phone told me that they were closed. No one showed up and i went to bed upset. Next morning at 5:30 am i was awakened by a phone call , the young lately appologized for the early call when she realized she had just woken me up. She told me the tech had app problems the day before. She asked when would i like to have my battery delivered and i said how about 8 am. She said great, and scheduled the time. At 8:15 am i called her back because i had not heard from the tech as yet. She had me hang up and she then called me back and said the tech was picking up the battery . I got a text at 9 am from the Tech and he said he was on his way..Long story finally got my battery...Battery.com needs to inform its customers better about its hours of operation and generally communicate better.

From the online ordering process...through the tracking of delivery...and, culminating with an outstanding technician (JEFF) doing a great job...1-800-Battery was fantastic to work with! JEFF was at my house and installing the new battery within 2hrs of my initial order...outstanding!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Ordering the battery was simple and user friendly, my first initial delivery date couldn’t be fulfilled which was fine. My biggest issue with this service was the lack of communication. I had one representative contact me to reschedule the next day in a timely matter. The next day the scheduled delivery arrived at 8pm. My window was from 3pm-5pm. I had to call the help line twice till someone decided to text me with a tracking link. I’m also confused on why this service is utilizing door dash as its delivery system. I don’t think I will be utilizing 1-800 Battery in the future.

Greg was amazing. Removal of the old battery was a challenge, but Greg kept at it. He was very patient with all my questions & answered them so I could understand. Loved the convenience of bringing the battery and the technician to my house and in such a quick timeframe.

Can’t really give a positive or negative review. I filled out the online request. Received status updates of acknowledged, dispatched, etc. Received a call not much later saying no techs in my area. Wasted time setting up a service call that didn’t happen. Unreliable.

My order had to be cancelled due to no availability of drivers. I would recommend not including areas where service can not be provided. Additionally, the item I needed wasn’t the correct item suggested. I was willing to pay more for the right item but couldn’t receive service. Not the best experience. The person who contacted me to keep me updated was very friendly and attempted to help me though.
