1800 Battery did a great job. they got my battery replaced within a few hours of me calling. All questions were answered via phone while I awaited the tech. The tech was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. had the battery replaced properly within minutes and answered all questions I had right in my driveway. Great job.

I am extremely irritated and disappointed in this service. From the malfunctioning website experience, to the poor communication about when the technician would arrive, and the subpar assistance on site, I was billed $125 for an inaccurate service and no battery. The technician was under the influence of a substance that made it difficult to communicate and appeared to hinder his ability to do his job - he forgot the location of my keys, which turned out to be in the ignition, and was unable to shut my hood at the conclusion of troubleshooting. He did not introduce himself or show any form of identification, nor did he have any distinguishing clothing or marks on his vehicle that would indicate his employer. He appeared disheveled and confused. He also assured I would not be charged as he recommended I did not need a battery, yet I was charged. My primary complaint about my experience was that it was a complete waste of time and money. Less than 24-hours after the 1-800-Battery technician told me my battery was fine and said that was not the problem, and did not provide the new battery that I paid for, I had my car towed to a shop where the mechanic measured the voltage at 4v, far below the 12v that it should have been. Not only did I have to find a mechanic, pay and coordinate a tow, but then I learned it was the exact same service the 1-800-battery mechanic could have done? There is no excuse or explanation for this failure. It was a waste of everyone’s time and money.

Overall, a very good option and a mostly efficient process. The system is a bit wonky in terms of timing - our service person showed up 3 hours later than the scheduled endpoint of our reservation - but the work done was fine, the texting worked much better than the phone call but correspondence wasn't as spot on as hoped for. All of that being said, while not seamless, it still worked out, the pricing was reasonable (not a bargain but reasonable) and the service person excellent to work with. I fully endorse the 4 out of 5 stars!

A very nice young lady on the phone helped me select the correct battery. Another gentleman kept me informed about the same day delivery schedual. The website is well designed and the follow up good.

Too soon to review the actual battery but your service was excellent. During a cold spell when AAA failed me by not having a battery available to sell me, you provided a battery and installation service very promptly

Battery was not able to be replaced because my trunk wouldn't open and actually broke the latch in the attempt to open it. Only received a partial refund, so i paid $150 for a jump. Would not recommend

This was the very best solution for our dead battery! Technician arrived on time, took old battery out and replaced it with the new battery. 10 minutes tops. Thank you soooo much!

Due to an emergency, was able to have a very qualified technician on site, same day to replace a factory correct BMW car battery - highly recommed!

Went thru the online process to set up installation of a car battery while I was at work at my first job. After 4 hours I had to leave to go to my 2nd job. I spent more time on the phone arranging a different location for the installment than it took for the actual battery to be replaced. No phone call or text letting me know thet the tech was in an accident and there was a delay. How long was I supposed to wait? I sympathize for the driver, but where's the customer service? Additionally, when a different tech finally showed at the 2nd location, b4 he arrived he had texted me that they accept tips, b4 he arrived and started the job. The cost of the battery and installation was already high enough. If I didnt need a new battery, I would have canceled.

I was very pleased when I needed to have a battery delivered and installed. The woman I talked to , to place my order was very nice and helpful. The gentleman that delivered and installed was very nice . The whole process was easy and carefree . Same day service
