Buyers beware ,this company is a fraud ,I purchased 500$ battery with 4 years warranty and appointment was set between 12-2 ,their tech comes before 10 am with different cheaper battery with 3 years warranty. I Call company and tell them I need battery I purchased with 4 years warranty they said they have right to substitute and they will not going to refund any $ back.They never email and let me know, so I refuse this cheaper battery because of $ I paid them ,they said they going to charge $99 for service fee which im going to dispute with my company because no service has been done.Beware , check your battery make sure they don't substitute with cheap stuff Terrible company However tech was 5+ star

I started my Monday morning with a dead battery. UGH!! Researched in between work & called Battery.com. They were already closed but contacted me first thing Tuesday morning. I had my battery replaced, installed & ready to go by 4pm. What a Lifesaver with No hassles at all. Nathaniel took care of everything. Thank You All @ Battery.com!! I now know who to call for my car emergencies!

I am so impressed with this service. Fernando, tech, was wonderful, informative and friendly. Bought new battery with installation. Seamless from order online, phone call to ask question, and the actual service the very next day. Highly recommend!

The technician was professional, patient with me, and answered every question I had. It was a painless, fast, efficient, and effective process. Thank you very much! BTW, the order, delivery, and installation of the battery in my wife's 2016 Subaru Outback were all in about 2.5 hours.

Turn around was quick, it was techs first time changing the 12 v battery in a polestar 2 and he took his time to figure out how to get to the battery (not the easiest). Everything came back fine once installed.

My 2020 BMW needed a new battery. I called the dealership, they said a tech would call me back with pricing and availability. I called two other BMW mechanic shops, one said they'd call me back, the other said they couldn't change a battery at this time. I got online again to search for more local shops, and kept seeing the sponsored ad for 1-800-Battery so decided to check out the website. I punched in my zip code, VIN, and the website generated what battery options were available for delivery with install. I picked one and paid on the website at 3pm. By 4:45pm I had the install technician calling me to tell me he was heading my way and would be at my house in about 45 minutes. He arrived right when he said he would, had the battery changed and programmed within an hour of arriving, in the rain! Everything is working as it should, no issues. I am highly satisfied and so thankful with the quick response time. By the way, I'm still waiting for the dealership and the other place to call me back over a day later!!

My first interaction with this company was positive. They responded quickly and replaced my battery without any issues. Several months later, they even honored the warranty and replaced the battery again after it failed. However, things went downhill from there. Just a week after the replacement, the new battery failed once more, and the company refused to come out or do anything about it. They offered no real solutions—only repeating that “it was policy.” I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were out of the office but would call me back. That was four days ago. Since then, I’ve called multiple times and each time I’ve been told I’d receive a call back, but I never have. Finally, this morning, I was told I should have sent an email because that was the only way the issue could be addressed. At this point, I will be using another company going forward. With better communication, my car could have been fixed instead of sitting inoperable for six days.

The batteries on these newer cars are such a pain to change out! Woke up Monday morning with a dead battery. I simply did not have time for this today! Went to price a new battery on google and saw this service. What a great idea! I could still work (from home) and not waste my time working the the dumb car! The tech showed up in a couple hours and was done in maybe half an hour. It would have taken me a half day to figure out how to get one out and back in. You have to run to the auto parts store (in a different car the first time) twice. Once for your new battery, and again to recycle the old one and or get a core return... After buying a battery, the additional cost for the mobile tech was about $100. Well worth my half day or so. Also, a three year warranty! He said he would come back if there are any issues. Super pleased. This guy saved the day!
