“I had a great experience from start to finish. Megan was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable over the phone. Jason was my technician. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and above all else . . .kind! I was not feeling very well. I was very cold in the parking garage where he worked to install my new battery. He started his car to put the heater on so I could stay warm while he worked. so thoughtful! The whole process took less than an hour from the time I called. I'm super happy with this company!! Great job!”

“Order was taken and paid for and i was told it would be installed between 9 and 11 the next morning but there was no technition to fulfill the order and customer service had no idea when they could replace the battery. Waiting for charge to be removed credit card. Poor system.”

“5 Stars. Website was easy to use. No stock issues. Fairly fast delivery and install at 2-3 hours from order placement. Tracking of delivery was decent. The Technician knew exactly what he as doing. And he was friendly! Prices were comparable to others.”

“I want to give 1 800 Battery and Jeff Walker many kudos for the best service and experience. We called at 10:30 in the morning with a dead battery and by 12:00 we had the fastest and most professional installation of a brand new battery. Can you tell I am much relieved, thank you guys, especially Jeff.”

“My Wife's Jaguar Battery died at a rehab facility. It was so dead we couldn't even jump start with cables. So we had to leave car at facility overnight. My option with the dealship was extremely costly including tow fees etc. I got on line that night with 1-800-Battery and made an appointment for the next morning. My choices of batteries (Good, Better, Best) was appreciated. Tech showed up on time and 10 minutes later I was driving home. I am in my 70's and know how great service like this doesn't just happen. It is a result of a great business focusing on customer service.”

“I got dead battery on my Porsche 911 (2013 model year) located in NJ. Looks like the battery died after a long winter and the car wasn't moving for a few months. I googled and found 1800battery.com, after some hesitation I did leave a request to replace the battery. A mechanic came in like an hour and was able to replace the battery. Smooth exeperience. Thank you!”

“BMW new battery installment needs battery registration to the car computer and reset it. CarBattery didn't provide registration service, which I need to pay extra for other service providers. The web page or any instruction didn't mention about it. I found that the battery could be much cheaper in other vendors from internet. I believed that the battery installment would be done with a professional with proper equipment and knowledge. I am deeply disappointed that they haven't fully finished the installment and didn't let me know about it with comparably higher price. It was my mistake to take this vendor.”

“I have used 1-800- Battery twice. Both times, the service was excellent. I have a 2018 Range Rover- where the battery is located in the truck under the spare tire, and a 2018 Escalade that has the "electrical harness" that sits on top of the battery. The price was great in my opinion, and the service was excellent. I will always use them to change my car batteries.”
