“When I chatted for a quote the person quoted me 435.00, then directed me to the site where my bill was 509.00, went back to the chat and told them, gave me a code for 10.00 off, the code didn’t work. We were very satisfied with the installer adam he did a great job.”

“1-800 batteries sent me the wrong battery after confirming my order online twice with customer service now I have to pay for the return and there's no way I can pick this battery up to get it to the post office I am totally not satisfied with their customer service It really is bad and I still haven't sent me the shipping label and I spoke to them 7 days ag”

“My battery was dead, in the garage at home. I couldn't drive to the nearest retailer, and it was Friday, so they couldn't deliver until Monday at the earliest. I asked Copilot for references and it gave me batteries.com. I was skeptical. No locations were shown, so I didn't know where a battery would come from or how long it would take, but I took a chance and ordered, then had second thoughts all night: what if its coming from LA or Texas? What if it doesn't get here until Wednesday? I sent an e-mail asking for details, but it was late and there was no reply. The next morning, Saturday, there was a call at 6:30 asking me if I was ready for my new battery, but I was asleep and didn't hear the phone. The called and left messages every half hour until I finally turned my phone on, and when I said I was ready, they said Boris would be at my house in 20 minutes, and he was. Boris is a friendly and knowledgeable technician and my car was ready in minutes, and they recycled my old dead battery. I would recommend batteries.com to anyone who needs quick service and quality products.”
