“I requested my battery to be installed and the technician couldn’t unscrew the bolts for my battery. He called the company and they charged me 75.00 for nothing. I’ve requested my funds to be returned to no avail! I wouldn’t recommend this company!”

“This service was the most amazing find. I ran into trouble in the middle of Manhattan and during a snow storm. Nothing was open or available. Or at least the cost was astronomical. I called 1800battery and had a new battery within hours without having pay to tow my car a single foot as it wasn’t taking any charge. I cannot emphasize the convenience and cost value in having one company do everything for you. Not to mention the customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend!”

“Dead battery in driveway, and I couldn't drive due to recent knee replacements. Placed an order, and within 2 hours I had a new battery installed and the car was operational again. I think I will use this hassle-free method for any future needs, even when I am able to take the care somewhere!”

“1-800 Battery was amazing and 5 star service in my books. My primary battery was testing extremely low not allowing my auto start/stop, windshield detector or nothing to work when really low. This giving the situation I looked up the cost. At my Volvo dealership I would have paid over $500 for a new battery. Yes you read that accurately:) I found 1-800 Battery and was done for half the cost, same battery and a 48 month warranty! I will be keeping them in my books and will always use. They even come to you which is the best thing! I contacted them and they were here the next day!”
