“This business is the worst place to do business with. They put the wrong battery in my car and keep telling me they will make it right and give me a credit but have not done so. They keep claiming they need to check with the tech even though I gave them pictures of the wrong battery. Find another place to do business with.”

“1- Received a message that the technician will arrive in 33 min and he arrived past 90 min 2- To this date, three days past the delivery, still received No invoice and No warranty”

“Affordable, fast and professional. Within 2 hours of my purchase online, I was notified that a technician was en route. He arrived 20 mins later, and within 15 had installed the new battery. Very happy with the service and experience as a whole!”

“I could not believe how painless this team made the whole process. The woman who answered the phone was great, and kind. The man who came out to replace my battery (in about 15 minutes from when I called!) was brief and followed social distancing and wore a mask, and my car was up and running in a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend!!”

“Car wouldn’t start. Called Battery.com. An installer arrived within an hour, replaced battery, recycled the old one, and the car started right up. Gotta love it!”
