after ordering they came to my house with the wrong battery. I gave them all the information on my car explained everything and they still got it wrong.

I’m just going to tell you what I went through. I called at 10:30am. A ”tech” arrived approximately 2:30pm. The “tech” was preoccupied on his phone almost the whole time making him use one hand to do his job. Went inside shaking my head at his lack of professionalism. 40 minutes later I went back out. He began to tell me he couldn’t get one bolt loose because he didn’t have proper tools And had to leave for another call. Called them and they said they would call me at 9:00am the following day to have a different tech do the job. After they didn’t call by 10:30, I got a ride to the auto parts store and picked up a battery and installed it myself in under 15 minutes. I should have done this in the first place since I know how, but my car was dead and I couldn’t get a ride to the store the day it died. For this reason, the convenience of having a “professional” come to me and install a new one in my driveway was great. I have never done anything like this before. I will admit that I had a bad feeling about this. Like it was too good to be true. After I was done and I STILL hadn’t received a call from them as promised, I called them to cancel the order. Never again!

I ordered a battery replacement. After waiting roughly 3 hours with my young son in the car in a parking lot, I was told that the battery replacement could not be done. Finally, the service provided a jump start. However, I was o my offered a minor discount off of the jump service after all that time. And to add insult to injury, my credit card has been charged the original almost $300 charge and I have to go through the long process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. The entire charge, including the jump, should be refunded......now. If not, I should write the review publicly.

I ordered the battery using the web site chat feature. I was not confident with it. I didn't realize the order would be contracted to a local provider. He did show up promptly. The battery was installed. The tec. discovered the battery installed was undersized. He left and returned with a larger capacity battery. I am thankful he corrected the mistake. He tested out my electrical system and went on his way. I was expecting an Exide brand. The battery installed was an unknown brand.

Service was quick and good as promised. The technician was very professional. He also conducted a test to check the health of the car's electrical system. The only issue is with the receipt and warranty. Once the service is done it is difficult to communicate with them again. I recommend asking for the battery warranty and receipt upfront.

Did an excellent job and tech was very helpful and pleasant. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the time it took to get to me. The first person didn’t have my battery so another person was assigned to me without notifying me of the change. I had to call to find this out.

Rep seemed inexperienced, had to run to store to get necessary equipment (jumper cables), but overall seemed to do a good job and was efficient. Should improve with experience.

I am very satisfied with my battery delivery but there was a problem with the bar that holds the battery in place. The person that delivered the battery told me he would return in a few days with a bolt that is needed to secure the battery and I am still waiting. He did text me his cell number but I had a problem with my cell phone and had to completely reset it. In the process I lost some of my data and proud of that was his cell phone number, so I desperately need to get in touch with him to get the battery secured and be able to drive the car safely. I have tried many times to call your company and every time I call I'm never able to get through I get put on hold and I went one day one morning I waited for a half an hour with the phone on hold and nobody ever picked up. If someone could call me with the phone number of the person that delivered my battery and it would be a great help so that I can get in touch with him and arrange for him to come in and secure him

The only problem I had was the description of service on my credit card bill. Something u need to change, a software company in California installed a battery in my truck in Texas just saying.

This was the only company who was able to come out same day. The technician was great. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and was very polite. I would definitely recommend this company, especially since the price was very reasonable.
