“Wow, I love this company. I selected them for a contact-free battery replacement during the pandemic. It was so fast & EASIER than driving to a service center! I'll order all my batteries this way, even after covid is gone!! Super text messages & a friendly call from the service guy when he arrived. Everything was perfect!”

“There's an old saying...."you get what you pay for". This isn't what we typically experience these days. However, I must say, when I ordered mobile service for a battery replacement from 1-800-Battery, I had no idea what to expect I knew I was in urgent need of a battery. I was so pleasantly surprised by each step of the service call beginning with the prior notification text of arrival, Technicians prompt arrival time, his professional & friendly demeanor. Overall, the entire process was completed to satisfaction in no more than an hour. I will highly recommend this service to family and friends. Thanks 1-800-Battery.”

“I recently had a battery installed by our local Battery.com vendor. We live in a senior apartment facility and did not want to go to a large shop due to the Covid issues. I was very pleased with the service provided. Installer contacted me to arrange payment, and provided me with their delivery timing (in minutes). They arrived when they said, installed battery, made sure I was satisfied, and left in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the service!”

“Installers brought a battery that would not fit in the trunk properly. Installers just jammed it in there and called it a day. I had to strap it down myself later, but it isn't properly installed.”

“The technician that came to fix my car is still texting me saying what’s up and came back after the job to “get a tool he forgot”. Honestly my experience was terrifying and I’ve tried to forget about it.”

“WAITED FOREVER JUST TO GET SERVICE CLOSE TO 5 HOURS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH THAT THE TECH WAS NOT AVAILABLE, THEY WERE SHORT AND NOT NICE. BUT THE TECH WHO PUT MY BATTERY IN MY VECHICLE WAS FABULOUS.”

You were informed since it was a Holiday weekend on a Sunday just after Xmas that there would be an extended delay. We were probably one of the few options on a Sunday there. I would recommend a bit more patience.

“It would be nice if they provided a remotely accurate eta. I understand that it’s an estimated time, but if they’d told me it would be over four hours, not an hour and a half I probably would have looked for an alternative service. The service rep I spoke to when I called at about hour two was really nice despite my frustration and updated me that it would be another two hours or so. He also said that 3-5 hours is pretty standard, so I’m just a little confused why they advertise 90 minutes as an average service time? The tech was obviously very busy that day and when he did get there he was quick and professional.”

“I liked my first experience with Battery.com as everything went smoothly. When I need another battery for my second car however, I paid for and made an online appointment. 1 hour before my appointment, Battery.com called and said they couldn't do the job because it required extra tools and risks, so they canceled my appointment, leaving me high and dry. A couple days later, found another place that easily and quickly installed a new battery. So for a place that specializes in car battery installs, they aren't well equipped and apparently only install the easy jobs. Won't use them again.”
