“The website listed the incorrect battery for my vehicle. Then the company tried to charge me an additional $100 for the correct battery. When I refused to pay another price for their mistake, they refused to assist in anyway and charged me $96 for my car to be jumped. The customer service person hung up on me while we conversed and told me the mistake was my fault and that I did it on purpose, for some Odd reason. Every time I called the company no one answered and I was placed on hold for more then 15 minutes until I gave up. Only the hat function was usable. It was a terrible experience. This company takes advantage of people in situations our of their control and does not meet the expectations of even minimal customer service.”

Fortunately they got your car working, when you ordered a battery it was for a Versa not a "Versa Note" a Versa Note is not the same thing. The Note takes a specialized chemistry and battery. Unfortunately, you were unhappy and we regret that. But there were ZERO errors from our company.

“The process was easy and intuitive. I got the correct battery for my Jeep (the parts stores kept trying to sell me one that “fit”). In about an hour the tech contacted me and I was able to track his progress to me with GPS . Upon arrival he was professional and had all the right tools. He took care to make sure memory back up hooked up, covered all surfaces (the battery is under the passenger seat) and had it installed in just a few minutes. A quick alternator and systems check and I was all done! If I could make a suggestion. (and it didn’t impact the service) I expected someone in a truck with 1800 battery on the side and a tech maybe wearing a logo’d polo shirt. Thanks very much”

“Mr. Eddie Davis had my old battery out and a new one installed in around 15 to 20 minutes. Nice guy and the service was great. Allowed me get on to other things I wanted to do. Glad I found the service on Google.”
