“Tried to start car that morning and nothing. With covid, wanted to see if I could get battery delivered and installed. Got really lucky and found 1-800-Battery. went online to set up appointment and was contacted via text by 1-800-Battery they would be there at noon. They even sent me texts (and updates) showing the GPS location of their personal on the way to my place. They came on time and had my replacement battery. 15 minutes later, battery was installed, my car started and they were on their way. Definitely will use you again! Well done... thank you! comparable prices to other by the way.”

“Good price on battery for my Hyundai Sonata. Ordered late in the day so install was scheduled the next day. Would definitely use again. Do wish the brand info was more accurate. Ordered Exide, got Interstate labeling. Battery install didn’t go under a stabilization tab so battery was a little tilted. Still stable but seemed weird to ignore the tabs. Text messages and gps of the installer was inaccurate so installer was at my car while updates still showed him 40 minutes away.. But good battery, good price, convenient install so good experience. And I was able to move my car in time to avoid a $65 ticket.”

“This was the first time that I have used the service and I could not be happier with everything. From the ease of getting a technician to come out to the length of time it took from start to finish, it was great. The convenience of having someone come to you is incredible. I did not have my car towed to a dealer/auto repair shop , wait for it to be fixed, and than go and pick it up. Eric, the local technician that completed the work, was great to deal with. He was very prompt and communicated along the way so I wasn't left wondering what was going on at any point. I have already told several people about this service offered by 1-800-Battery and will continue doing so. I will definitely be using this service in the future.”
