The original purchase was scheduled for delivery between 6:00-8:00 pm on day one. At 7:50 I contacted the service desk and was told that the delivery was pushed to the next day (from 9:00-11:00). OK not happy but let go. The next day at 10:30 contacted the service desk - when was delivery. The response was that tech was behind and would be delivering at 12:30. He did show up and did a great job. Unless I followed up, I did not receive communication. You need to improve communication with customers.

My recent experience results in a mixed review... While I was very happy to have a 'technician' come to my home and bring a new battery for my vehicle, I was also disappointed by the technician's lack of knowledge and skill. The young tech took a very long time to get the job done, and was only able to complete the job with my assistance. I watched a YouTube video about the battery replacement procedure for my particular vehicle, and I had to share what I learned and show the tech how to remove and replace the battery. He needed my help to lift the old battery out and also needed my help to insert the new battery. The technician was careless in keeping track of which screws/bolts he removed and made mistakes when trying to put things back together. It was only with my help and advisement that the job was able to get finished. I was not impressed with the technician's lack of skill when it came to doing the work.

Correct battery was installed, and the technician was great. However, my appointment was 1-3pm and I had to contact Customer Support after 3pm to get a status update. I was told the new ETA would be closer to 5pm - which ended up being accurate. I am understanding of unexpected delays, but I was very disappointed that I was not proactively notified that the battery would arrive 2 hours late than the window I was given, which disrupted my day even further. Probably would not use this service again due to this.

Seems a bit dysfunctional, if I hadn't called back TWICE to get a response or any information, I'm not sure the technician would have been there. He was fine once he got there at 3 pm but the appointment was between 11 am and 1 pm.

All went well with the instalation . but I wanted warranty info. on the 3 year battery to have on file. Something in writing, who to contact , if the battery goes bad in that 3 year period ?

Battery installed one day later than promised leaving us overnight without an operating vehicle. Not a good plan in case of emergency Further, in the past, we always got a warranty from the battery manufacturer in case the battery life was short of warranty time.

*** = 3 stars My technician was late and it initially showed that the visit had been completed even though he had not arrived. I freaked out and then saw multiple messages online that said the company was a fraud. I was terrified as I had work the next day and did not have a suitable back up plan. Luckily, my technician did show up later (i texted and called the company) and replaced my battery. Car is running fine 2 weeks later without issue.

I put in my request for a new battery online using my PC on Sunday January 8 at about 1:30 PM. I may have misinterpreted your website, but it lead me to believe that someone would be dispatched to my house to replace my battery that day. It was not until the next day that someone was sent to replace my battery. The technician did a great job, but I think your website should be clear as to when the technician will arrive.

Nice guy and all but i think he forgot to tighten down my wiper blades. both are stripped out now and need replaced. Other then that i appreciate the service.

Took three visits to get the right battery for my Jeep. Customer service was good though as was the install tech to keep on it and find the right battery.

The service is convenient but very overpriced and the serviceman was over 2 hours late past the scheduled appointment. Via the tracker, he was sitting at one location for over 90 minutes when he texted that he was "on his way".

1-800-Battery came to our van suggested we take the deadc9 mth old battery we have, back to ask about it's warranty. They did NOT PUT A NEW BATTERY IN. THEY CHARGED US $365.35 FOR THE SERVICE CALL & NEW BATTERY. They said their billing dept would contact me for a refund, the service call with tax would be $107,41 & a 257.93 refund They haven't called us yet which makes us very upset! Their billing dept needs to improve their terrible customer service. We're expecting a call tonoow 12/9/22. Because of this issue we would not recommend them to anybody we kbow.

Your price was much higher than several auto parts shops I contacted, but those didn't have my battery in stock, or wouldn't install it, so I had to use you. Despite my having told you the car, year and model, your people came first with the wrong batter, and then it took another 90 minutes for them to return with the right one. Your people were otherwise competent and professional.

$357+ is an outrageous price to pay for 10 minutes of a technician's time, a truck containing the relatively few types of batteries needed for automobiles and a wrench with a couple of different fitting. But then I don't have much choice, do I? As batteries have essentially a 3-year operating term, in 2025 I'll buy one ahead of time and replace it myself.

In the end, everything was OK. But promised ETA was missed twice. First time, staffing was short and battery was not delivered on same day. The next day, promised ETA was was missed by couple of hours.
