8-11am window turned into a 4:50pm arrival time but it was a very cold day. It would of been nice to of been updated. I wasn't even sure they were coming. Once arrived work was done quickly.

Once the guy showed up a day after this was scheduled, he did a good job. I am not pleased that he showed up the day before but never knocked on my door, and went away.

Ordering battery sucked! Technician was great! Prompt and knowledgeable. He made up for the lousy ordering.

Overall my experience was just okay. Ordering the battery and getting the correct fit was super easy, the site walked me through it easily. Placing my order and selecting a time again super easy. On the day of installation we had inclement weather, which caused delays. This was communicated pretty clearly. However, the rescheduling of the appointment was far less simple, communication was not easy to come by, I had to continuously reach out to et updates and a scheduled time, no effort was made from 1800 Battery to get this matter resolved. I don't understand how I was scheduled to be completed on a Sunday, was behind others on the following Tuesday, something doesn't seem correct there. Overall better communication is needed from the scheduling group.

The Technician Issac was excellent but the follow up was terrible. I called after taking the car for a ride afterwards and experienced multiple issues and no one called to follow up. Now I have to take it to a dealership for analysis because I lost the entire instrument cluster. Google shows hundreds of issues: Yes, it's not uncommon for drivers to notice unusual behavior in their cars after replacing the battery. Here are some potential reasons for this: 1. Electrical System Reset: When a battery is replaced, the car's electrical systems might reset. This can lead to temporary issues such as the radio needing to be reprogrammed or the clock needing to be reset. 2. ECU Relearning: Modern vehicles have an Engine Control Unit (ECU) that may need to relearn certain parameters after a battery change. This can cause changes in performance until the ECU adjusts. 3. Faulty Connections: If the battery terminals are not connected properly, or if there's corrosion, it can lead to poor electrical connections, causing various electrical components to malfunction. 4. Compatibility Issues: If the new battery is not compatible with the vehicle's specifications, it can lead to performance issues.

They showed me a battery that only lasted for 12 months. Tell me what I should say that's good about your business?

Overall my experience was okay. I really hoped I would be giving 5 stars but I had a few issues along the way. I ordered and scheduled delivery/install and no one showed up or texted. I contacted customer service about an hour after my scheduled delivery/install time and was told that the initial battery I purchased was the incorrect battery and no one was available to come that day with the correct battery. During that call, I was informed my vehicle had 2 batteries and the one needed was not the auxiliary battery (which was what was ordered). The correct battery was then ordered and another date/time for delivery/install was scheduled. I waited again on the date/time scheduled and no show/no text again! I called and was told there was no tech available in my area on that date and they rescheduled me for the following day. Finally, on the 3rd scheduled day a tech shows up to install my battery. I received texts when he picked the battery up, he was in transit (the time away as well) and once he arrived at my home. The tech was on time, professional and courteous. I believe my experience would have been better if I was communicated with properly and as stated I would be during the process. Based on my experience, I hope communication with customers improve and customers time is valued more.

Unfortunately, it took 24 hours to get the service I needed, not 2 hours as promised. The technician was great. He changed the battery and started the car, but later on, the car did not start again. Apparently, the key needed to be programmed. I had to call another expert to do that. and cost me 250 $ extra.

3, I was under the impression that I would receive fast service because the form indicated ASAP. My fault, I didn't read the entire form. I ordered at approx. 4pm Sat. Service tech arrived approx. 10a Sun. Apparently, they are capable of accepting a payment, but unable response to their text based customer service. Battery was slightly larger and tech couldn't replace 'hold-down bracket' so he gave me the screw (he removed) used to restrain the original battery and informed me to hold on to it. Beyond that, the tech was polite and patient. Apologetically, I can't say that I would refer a friend

I would say 3/5. The tech was very nice and efficient, and once he got here it went very well. Although, there was a lot of uncertainty of his arrival. Admin's texted with me minimally, but I should be able to know the ETA at every moment, tracked on my phone. Also when I purchased the battery, I selected ASAP and was not given an ETA. Even if it is very conservative, i would still list the ETA upon purchase. Also, I would have a better tracker with better indications of time through the delivery process. I felt like i was in the dark a lot of the time. Even if its just some form of visibility just to make the user understand a little. yesterday, i didnt know when someone was coming until 11 minutes out when i started to track the driver. this should be like 3-5 hours out. thank you for the battery, it works now. Also the tech was a good guy.

Richard, CEO your service is less established and I can take that into account. Your service indicated your technician would have the tools to check my existing battery to determine the charge. He did not have the tools to check it. Your technician was working in an area that typically has two technicians with an expected arrival time between 10-12. Since there was one technician absent the technician was working double calls and arrived at 230PM. I understand your technicians are independant contractors but providing them adequate resources reflects on the quality of the work and service. The mark-up on the batteries is a little high too. Thanks for the service. Don Douin

Total Value— a 3-star. Technician was great. 5 minutes to install. Price is my only concern. Just because you can get $300 for average quality battery doesn’t mean you should. I would use you again, except it will be more worth it to get a jump from insurance company and take it to AutoZone for $80 installed…out the door. Wish I could rate the service value higher, but I cannot.

Got my battery replaced by 1-800 Battery one year ago and it died yesterday. Spoke to someone and they said they would honor the warranty and it would be $50 for labor on the phone but they charged me $104. Lol. The service is relatively fast and the people are friendly but little stuff like this urks me.

The young man that showed up was very nice and installed the new battery. The car did not start….. I had to call a Mobil tech in to see why and it turned out that a wire was not put back. It cost me an addition 150.00 for someone else to connect the loose cable……. Really?

I have to say, it was not what I expected, however I was more than satisfied even 2.5 hours after my appointment. I was notified of numerous delays, given a discount and the technician was absolutely wonderful. I would call again because of the interactions with customer chat, personal call and the servicing technician.
