Once the technician got here he was fast and efficient. My only complaint is I waited all day for service. The original time frame was 10-12 and he didn’t arrive until late afternoon. Better communication either with 1-800battery or the technician would have helped. Scheduling seemed to be an issue.

You scheduled 12-2 window and the driver didnt show up until 3:30. He did great once he got there but if they do road side assistance I don't know how you can have any integrity of schedule appointments for your clients.

Adequate battery replacement. Took away the old battery. Service person had not familiarized himself with the replacement procedure in advance. He misplaced parts he took apart. He could have easily looked up the tutorial on youtube before stumbling and bumbling his way through it.

Delivery and installation promised for 10am - noon. Did not arrive until 3pm. No explanation given (other than the meaningless "running late") and no attempt to let me know they'd be late. However once installer arrived he did a quick and professional job. I am just put off by the cavalier attitude of agreeing to a time and then just blowing it off.

I am a 1st time customer. I had to call twice just to make sure I would still receive service. The Tech didn't give me time to come outside and was blowing his horn like he was at a friend's house. He had no rags , lubricant or anything. Acted like he was in a hurry after I waited until 5:30pm to get services from a 9:00am call. Missed an entire day of work and was given a brand of battery that I am still waiting on the specs for because it is not a DieHard as I was told. I was disappointed with the service and no one communicated with me about any changes. Maybe I was expecting to much. Thanks for the experience!

The last tech that came was very knowledgeable and did the job they way it should be done. But I question if the first battery I received was used because it died in 3 months.

Technician missed the first appointment and then the next day I was notified that he would arrive in 90 minutes. He did not arrive for 2 1/2 hours. When he arrived the work was done quickly.

We have given an "acceptable" rating only because they did not come on the day confirmed and they did not call to inform us of a date change. We spent five hours just waiting for the battery technician to come. There was no phone call to let us know of a date change. They came the next day and installed a new battery. All fine and good, but we wasted the day before waiting for them to come and they never did.

They missed the installation window and there was no communication. The online chat feature asked me for the order number and then silence, never got back to me. Finally got them on the phone and they said they would be here the next morning, but again, didn't show up. More calls and they finally came but with a different battery than the one I bought. I'm handicapped and grateful for this service but it was a terrible hassle, and very unprofessional.

Once the actual appointment was set, it was smooth sailing as far as replacement. I selected ASAP on a Saturday and couldn’t get somebody out until 2 days later on Monday.

I am satisfied with the battery, it is functional. However, after spending $300 for one battery, I still have not yet received a receipt. Not good business. I suppose I will have to wait……. Rocko Reedy

Know Communication after the order was paid for. Called held for long periods of time. I texted and emailed and also tried to chat online. Couldn't get to anybody. The first contact was the driver on the way. The Driver was great and apologized for the lack of contact. He did a professional job quickly,

The original purchase was scheduled for delivery between 6:00-8:00 pm on day one. At 7:50 I contacted the service desk and was told that the delivery was pushed to the next day (from 9:00-11:00). OK not happy but let go. The next day at 10:30 contacted the service desk - when was delivery. The response was that tech was behind and would be delivering at 12:30. He did show up and did a great job. Unless I followed up, I did not receive communication. You need to improve communication with customers.

My recent experience results in a mixed review... While I was very happy to have a 'technician' come to my home and bring a new battery for my vehicle, I was also disappointed by the technician's lack of knowledge and skill. The young tech took a very long time to get the job done, and was only able to complete the job with my assistance. I watched a YouTube video about the battery replacement procedure for my particular vehicle, and I had to share what I learned and show the tech how to remove and replace the battery. He needed my help to lift the old battery out and also needed my help to insert the new battery. The technician was careless in keeping track of which screws/bolts he removed and made mistakes when trying to put things back together. It was only with my help and advisement that the job was able to get finished. I was not impressed with the technician's lack of skill when it came to doing the work.

Correct battery was installed, and the technician was great. However, my appointment was 1-3pm and I had to contact Customer Support after 3pm to get a status update. I was told the new ETA would be closer to 5pm - which ended up being accurate. I am understanding of unexpected delays, but I was very disappointed that I was not proactively notified that the battery would arrive 2 hours late than the window I was given, which disrupted my day even further. Probably would not use this service again due to this.

Seems a bit dysfunctional, if I hadn't called back TWICE to get a response or any information, I'm not sure the technician would have been there. He was fine once he got there at 3 pm but the appointment was between 11 am and 1 pm.

All went well with the instalation . but I wanted warranty info. on the 3 year battery to have on file. Something in writing, who to contact , if the battery goes bad in that 3 year period ?
