Delivery was 2 days after promise. Tech who installed was excellent

I asked for ASAP and they said they would be here in 2 hours. It ended up taking 6 hours, but the person who came was very nice and courteous. At any rate, it was very helpful to have the battery replaced on the same day.

Waited on hold for 75 minutes reading the text message we’ll be with you shortly: Very poor and no one to speak to as well. Service man was very competent and worked diligently.

Would be a higher review but they didn’t arrive until 5 hours after the appointment window with no communication or updates on where they were or why it was so late. But once the tech did come he was able to test and confirm my battery was bad, he replaced it and had the car running again in 20 mins.

Had to reschedule several times because they never showed up. Finally, on the 4th try someone delivered, and installed my new battery.

Overall it was an okay experience. Certainly better than getting towed somewhere to get battery changed. However- I was told someone would be there in an hour. No one showed up until 7 hours later. Customer service rep Anthony was great

Initial testing of old battery not performed or offered as an option as described on website. Also driver did not meet delivery window.

Service provider was 5 hours late and customer service was unresponsive. Tried calling, texting, and emailing but received no response for hours. Could not drive vehicle all day until battery was replaced. Fortunately the actual battery swap only took 5 min.

In terms of ordering a battery and scheduling an installation, the site is great. When it comes to execution, things kind of fall apart. The site says you will receive an email throughout each stage in the process. I did not receive an email until after the battery was installed. My installation window was between 6pm and 7pm, but as of 6pm I still hadn't heard anything. No status change. Customer service was unnervingly informal (i.e. "hello?" was how they answered). I was told they'd definitely be there by 7pm. They weren't there at 7pm. Nor 7:30pm. Nor 8pm. They finally got here at 8:15pm. Customer service provided me no confidence.

The service repair went smoothly. I was not impressed by the lack of responsiveness of the system. I originally had scheduled appointment through the system on Saturday and did not receive any followup that it had to be moved to Monday since the dispatch couldn't coordinate a tech. I had to call in repeatedly to customer service myself to find out (not once did they send advanced notice). So the repair job & tech were 5/5, but the dispatch and customer service throughput brought it down to 3/5.

Tech was great, but brought the wrong battery which was different than what I had pre-paid for. I called customer service and was told there would be an $81.83 credit put back on my card, but it hasn't happened yet. Still reserving judgement, but I should have seen the credit by now.

I had to wait almost five hours for them to deliver the service although an initial wait time of two hours was indicated when I ordered. No proactive notice was given, I had to call them three times before someone showed up finally. I felt this was a poor service. Besides this, the battery was replaced within minutes and we could use the car again.

Was promised delivery/insalation between 1-3 pm. Called at 3 pm and was told that no one had picked up the order. Reschedueld for 4:45. Guy who arrived was very helpful
