The technician was quick and extremely polite. However, I am very disappointed in the battery. The four choices I had to pick from for my car were all AC Delcos. I picked a higher end one that was cca 810. I received a cca 700 Exide Sprinter battery. It's not what I prepaid for. The dispatcher told my technician on the phone that they'd credit me $20 back to my card, but I never received a credit. Very disappointed and beware of what you order vs what you get.

My technician Orlando was great, very professional, took care my battery replacement with ease. I could not have asked for a better technician. However, your company provided the wrong battery one that was weaker. I purchased a battery with 800 CCA and was provided one with 700 CCA. I am awaiting a potential refund. Your customer service reps were not particularly helpful and told me that despite my purchase of a 800 CCA battery the fact that I was provided with a battery above the required CCA of 600 for my vehicle that was good enough. I hope this issue can be rectified or I would have to take future business elsewhere.

I waited awhile after the window closed for estimated time for services. I wasn’t informed that the status changed until I reached out to customer service. However, I wanted to to give the technician who services my car a good review I believe he came from Philadelphia, he was professional, quick, accommodating and knowledgeable. He asked questions and follow up with me after installation to make sure everything was functional.

The battery was delivered and left at my door without notification. Then I had to wait an hour for a technician to arrive to install the battery .

Overall the service was acceptable. Please accept this feedback to make the customer service experience much better. First, there was not a clear understanding of the service tech's arrival time vs the battery arrival time. Some confussion could have been avoided if this part was made clearer upon the ordering process. Second, the text alerts to my cell phone did NOT sync to the online arrival times of the tech. This was also extremely confussing as a new customer. Yes, overall the service was acceptable but could have been so much better. I had to call your cust/sv team to get an accurate understanding of what was happening. At one point I was told the service tech had his cell phone set to 'walking times' which is why the online system was sying ETA was 7-9hrs, while at the same time I'm getting text alerts saying the tech would arrive in approx. 30 minutes. Please improve your customer communications. Again, I also suggest putting (in plain simple language) that the battery would ship seperately from when the tech arrives and that a 3rd party is involved with the battery delivery because again when I spoke with the battery delivery service they had no idea what I was calling about and it took me a few minutes to put the puzzle pieces together. Again, as a 1st time customer.

First visit I waited 5 hours for a tech to arrive. He did not have proper tools and struggled to install new battery. 13 days later, dead car. Contacted them on Friday evening and again Sat morning but still had to wait 6 hours this time for a 5 min job. The original tech failed to tighten the connectors and one had actually slipped off. They charged me $105.00 to get them to come out and 6 days later, I still do not have the refund... adding insult to injury.

The tech was great! Service was responsive. My only complaint is how long it took to arrive. The webpage said 1 hour and 1 minute wait. I ended up waiting 5 hours. Other wise great job!

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and didn’t waste time on the project. Unfortunately after leaving I discovered the windshield wipers didn’t work. He mentioned something about the wipers but didn’t catch all of what he said. Anyway I don’t remember any problems before the installation and will need the expense of a fix before the Fl. rains.

Disappointing overall. The price was good for a car battery and the tech was efficient once he arrived, but there were unacceptable delays. First, the app somehow allowed me to select a time 2 weeks in the past. Fortunately, that was corrected quickly. I booked a time for the next day from 9-11 am and there was no tech anywhere near me by 2 pm. I then re-booked for the next day from 9-11 am and eventually saw the tech at 2 pm.

Install had to be re-dispatched as the original tech was a no show and the appointment was 3 hours late. When the rescheduled tech showed up he was courteous and quick.

I was not pleased once I made my appt; it was supposed to be between 8 and 10 am; when the time came and went, I called numerous times, and was put on eternal hold. I left a voice mail, which was never responded to, and I sent an email, which went unanswered. Finally someone showed up hours late and completed the task. My battery is supposed to have a three year warranty, but I was give no paperwork; what happens if something happens to the battery? And when I finally got the message that the tech was on the way, I was given no ETA; is he an hour away? 10 minutes? Very unhappy with the lack of response from this company.

Was promised Diehard Gold ($236 @ Advanced Auto Parts) but installed Exide Sprinter Max ($149 @ Home Depot). No adjustment in price. Otherwise service was good.

The service was sufficient, he brought a new battery and took the old one. He wasn’t extremely personable and he didn’t put everything back in the car, he also didn’t like that he had to move his car so that my wife could get her car out. But overall he did what he was paid to do.

The person that installed the battery was fantastic!! Communication with the company was not so great. My install was scheduled between 8-10AM. They did not show up until after 1pm. I called twice and was on hold for 45 minutes. Very disappointing.

Once I submitted my order I couldn't get online to check my order and could not get anyone to answer a call. I was beginning to think I got ripped off. Then someone texted me the next day apologizing for the delay and saying their technician was on vacation so even though their site says sometimes get a battery within a day, I had to wait almost a week. And the battery delivered was not the one I ordered on line. All in all they did deliver and install a battery so we are back up and running. It does appear the battery is about a year + old, not really happy about that as it probably shortens my warranty.

The service window was 9-11 am. The guy showed up around 2:30 pm. They kept in contact with me but his ETA kept moving up by an hour at a time. He did a good job. I just wish they were more accurate with their service window. I had to cancel work meetings because I was waiting.

The technician who came was very good, I would give him 5 stars. 1-800 Battery.com was great up to the point where they realized that the battery had to be programmed for the car to start. They replaced the battery and gave me a jump so I could go to the dealer and get it programmed, but I kind of feel like I would have been better off just jumping my car before the battery was changed and driving it to a place that understood how to program the car after the battery was installed.

When I placed the order online it said there was a 2-hour window available so I ordered the battery. Never heard anything back, but the receipt showed it being sent. I called and was told it would be the next day between 9&11a.m. Tech arrived at 12. It would be nice if communication were better between the tech and the customer. However, after the tech arrives the repair was taken care of promptly.
