“1st time user of this service, I own a Sedan/Limo company in Phoenix, AZ. Jacob was the person who helped us (on the phone) and he was very professional, we are waiting for the tech to show up and install the battery, I will write another review after that is done. So far I am very happy with this company.”

“1 Day delay. No update. Had to call the technician by myself to get updates. Even 1800-battery was not able to contact the technician on their side. Only 1 person for all Kansas area and he decides his own priority. The technician promised to come 3 times and always delayed further. On the phone, he was arguing that it was not his problem if he has other clients. Guess there are other service providers. No discounts despite this issue. Next time I will rather ask a friend for a jump start and go to local stores/garages.”

“Appointment time was between 8-10am, no one called to confirm this appointment. The technician arrived at 10:15am. Once he arrived, he was not familiar with the make of the vehicle, or where the battery was. Once he started working, he didn't seem to have the correct tools.”

“I was very unhappy with my experience with 1-800-Battery. They initially estimated someone would arrive in about an hour. It ended up being 5 1/2 hours, and they never bothered to reach out to me to tell me they would be delayed. I understand they were short-handed, but a little communication would have gone a long way. When the technician finally did arrive, he didn't have all the tools he needed and then, it turned out he had brought the wrong battery. Next time I need a new car battery, I'll take my car to a shop. One out of five stars.”

“Mr. Jesus Rodringuez arrived at 12:02 PM Keep in contact with tell me he’s near bypass When he arrived went straight to my jeep took the old battery out put the new one in He made sure it was the right battery he pick up asked does it have push start I informed yes! Very nice hard working Jesus and he enjoyed he’s work. He would be great supervisor! My name is Gregory Banks customer!”

“Battery arrived much quicker than expected and associate was very helpful and new right away what had drained my Battery and told me what to tell my mechanic what to look for. My battery was getting pretty old and though I might not have needed just yet it was just a matter of time before I did. Excellent service.”

“The installer did a good job overall. However, I did not receive a written warrenty in which the installer stated that I should receive it by email. As of today, I have not received it.”

“The serviceman was wonderful it is just the company does not have enough workers and the wait was over 5 hours. Fortunately, it was not an emergency for me but I would not be happy if time was of the essence.”
