“I waited 3 hours but no one ever showed up and I was in need of help. Tried calling but the office was closed and the chat was closed. But they had no problem charging my credit card before service. Don’t use this company- they don’t follow up with their service calls; they just send out notices and hope for the best. They say it’s like DoorDash, etc., but no company would be in business if requests were left unfilled. Bad company!”

“The person who brought the battery first tested the one I had which apparently still had life in it. He offered me the option of keeping the old battery with no pressure to take the new one. I did take the new one but I was impressed and will not hesitate to recommend this service to others.”

“The Technician, Jeremy Barton, did an excellent job replacing my battery. Was very professional with a good attitude. Went through and explained all the troubleshooting steps that needed to be performed, and was careful when removing the old battery and inserting the new one. Then performed some post-installation tests and was good to go. Also, did this mid-afternoon in 102-degree heat.”

“I asked about the process ahead of time. Booked my appointment and paid. Got a call the next day saying I’m out of range. Then told there’s no technician by the same associate. He refused me a manager and a different associate who could possibly help and hear my concerns saying they’re with a customer then saying he thought they were in the store but they left. Terrible customer service and don’t make excuses. Re train him and do better.”

“Arrived on time, great service, made this transaction very easy. Cheaper than some retailers, many were not able to do the installation, others were more expensive. Pep Boys was asking almost $200 more.”
