“What a joke. The guy shows up with no tools. Has no idea how to replace a Porsche Boxster battery when it’s dead. Just stands there. Then the company says they are charging me $100 for showing up. On top of it he was two hours late. Not a real company. Never again.”

“We only had to wait 30 minutes for a new battery. The representative on the phone was very polite and was very helpful. The gentleman that installed the battery was very knowledgeable and very polite. I will highly recommend.”

“The battery that was sold and installed for me on 9/28/21 went out not even a year after purchase. When the technician came to replace it, he did not complete the installation. He did not connect the battery to the car, instead he simply placed the battery in the car. The next day while out running errands, the car wouldn’t start. I had to call roadside assistance for a jump which is when we discovered that the battery was never installed. When I called the company back to get assistance, I was met with horrible customer service. They didn’t not even bat and eye at my compliant. They also refused to get someone out to install the battery. The representative told me that no one would be out to reinstall the battery until the next day. When I asked to speak to a manager, he stated that they were too busy to speak with me. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be returning.”

“I tried to call customer service with questions about their process and was on hold FOREVER! I did a chat and text and no response until the next day AFTER I made the purchase online. The Tech arrived 30 mins. after my scheduled appt. and apologized due to a schedule conflict with me and another customer. He installed the battery, made sure everything was working fine within 30 mins. Read my detailed review on Google for a real look at the entire process.”

“Great service! Well worth the money. I had a dead battery and no means of going to a store to get a new one plus my battery was a little difficult to get to. I was thrilled to have a knowledgeable person install it. It would have taken me much longer”

“The technician was awesome! The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to pay for a slightly more expensive battery which wasn’t really in my budget but the service was amazing. The technician installed my battery in under 20 mins”
