“The technician was friendly and polite and replaced my battery promptly. It seems there was a scheduling issue or you need additional techs because mine was scheduled for 3-5 p.m. and arrived at 7:15.”

“Tech never showed up on Monday between 5-7. Promised next morning at9:00 but also didn’t show. After several calls finally showed up after noon and had the wrong battery. Has to leave for the airport and only assume that he finished the job.”

“Delivered the wrong battery. The customer service rep on the phone was rude and told me I would pay a service charge if I refused the battery. Don't recommend buying form these guys Fullerton California.”

“I received excellent service from this company on 2/28/2022….from the moment I chatted with someone from customer service (Jered) to a few hours later when the battery repair technician (Jareem) showed up at my door….he was very kind and professional and did an excellent job! Highly recommend this company! Will definitely use them again if I ever need this service….they include a 4 year battery warranty”

“Once the technician arrived, everything went smoothly. The only thing was that my apt time was from 8-10 (and he arrived at almost noon), and I didn't know that I would be give an 30 minute heads up before the technician arrived. So I was waiting for over 3 hours at the car in the freezing weather when I only lived 10 minutes away. Better communication about what to expect and updated ETAs would have been greatly appreciated so I could have used my time more efficiently. It was a bummer I spent so much time sitting around waiting.”
