“We don't have a smart phone , so the text the technician sent to us was not received. After several delays and phone calls we finally got our battery . All's good that ends good. Thanks”

“WOW was that easy! I had a dead battery that couldn't be recharged. Due to personal circumstances, it would be easier if someone came to me instead of me going to a service center. That is how I found 1-800-Battery. The service technician showed up EXACTLY on time, and within 10 minutes had my battery replaced and took the old one. Would definitely use this service again!”

“Terrible communication. Customers should not have to babysit your services. ASAP 2-3 hours doesn't mean show up nearly 6 hours later . Stay in contact with customers, update them frequently if you're delayed for any reason - otherwise you look disinterested and unprofessional.”

“Was very easy ordering my new battery and setting up the appointment to have it installed. The young man who installed the new battery was on time, did a great job and had the new battery in the SUV in less than 10 minutes. Great job all around. I'm very pleased.”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WAS PROMISED A DELIVERY ON A DAY BUT THEN SOMEONE CALLED AND SAID THE TECH DID NOT SHOW UP FOR WORK SO THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE FROM Milwaukee AND HE WOULD ARRIVE NEXT MORNING HE DID NOT WHEN HE CAME LATE AFTERNOON HE HAD THE WRONG BATTERY TRIED TO INSTALL ANOTHER DIDN'T WORK. hE SAID HE WOULD ARRANGE REFUNDi HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES TO GET A REFUND NONE SO FAR. nEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE”

“I have used twice now for car batteries and am very pleased. Tyrone was great! I even got a call prior to Tyrone arriving from a supervisor, Jacob, to make sure we were getting the correct battery as some vehicles had a feature which would have made a different battery a better choice. Very pleased with this service.”
