“I had an issue with my battery the night before so I called 1800 battery. They took my payment immediately and I was a little hesitant at first. They came the next day and fixed the problem quickly. The tech Eric and the customer service (over the phone) was great. I see some of the previous reviews, but my experience was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend.”

“I did not receive a service at all! But I’ve been charged 361.80$ from my credit card! I already called my bank and told them about this FRAUD! Person that talked to me on the phone from costumer service, I believe, is a complete liar! No one showed at my apartment complex, no one came to my apartment to take keys from car that was parked on garage! I did not receive any service that was promised! You waisted my time and money! Also zero calls were received on my phone while they were supposed to work on my car! No one was trying to reach me!Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in my life so far. People in this service are SCAMS and THIEVES!”

“The online order was pretty good. The same-day delivery is also fast (earlier few hours than the scheduled time), impressive. Till now: 5 - stars Rest of the part: 1 -star But, the installation person is in so hurry to get the job done and doesn't have knowledge of fitting the battery properly. I helped him to put the things right while assembling the battery and fitting it. In his hurry, dropped the bolt in the engine cabinet and spend additional time finding them again and getting them back. he needed to open/close a few other parts to get the dropped bolts back (some mess up), but finally okay.”

“1st time user of this service, I own a Sedan/Limo company in Phoenix, AZ. Jacob was the person who helped us (on the phone) and he was very professional, we are waiting for the tech to show up and install the battery, I will write another review after that is done. So far I am very happy with this company.”

“1 Day delay. No update. Had to call the technician by myself to get updates. Even 1800-battery was not able to contact the technician on their side. Only 1 person for all Kansas area and he decides his own priority. The technician promised to come 3 times and always delayed further. On the phone, he was arguing that it was not his problem if he has other clients. Guess there are other service providers. No discounts despite this issue. Next time I will rather ask a friend for a jump start and go to local stores/garages.”

“Appointment time was between 8-10am, no one called to confirm this appointment. The technician arrived at 10:15am. Once he arrived, he was not familiar with the make of the vehicle, or where the battery was. Once he started working, he didn't seem to have the correct tools.”
