“I knew my battery was dead and I was at home. I didn’t want to hassle with doing it myself or trying to jumpstart my car to get it somewhere and be stuck waiting at an auto parts store or a mechanic for an unknown amount of time in order to save some money. I was able to have someone arrive about an hour after my order with a new battery. Bryan very quickly changed it out within minutes and had me verify my car started before completing the job. It was very convenient and there were no surprise extra fees except a reasonable mileage fee and of course taxes. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the lack of selection of batteries. I was only given one option and it was a higher end priced battery.”

“My car battery was replaced at home within a few hours of ordering, and it was $70 cheaper than wrench.com. Super easy, from start to finish, and the communication was exceptional. Highly recommend.”

“My Battery died on Labor day leaving me with few options. 1 800 Battery sent me confirmation and was out to fix my battery situation in 4 hours on a holiday in which most businesses were closed. I felt the price was fair and the tech was professional, being friendly for him having to work on Labor Day. Thank you 1 800 Battery.”

“The technician was quick and efficient, he came on time on Labor Day, and the price for my car was lower than that of other vendors. I called a couple of times the customer line with questions - the operators were polite and helpful. Overall I had a great experience.”

“I set an appointment for the 8am-10am window and took the morning off of work. As of 11am, no communication, no show, so I called. Incredibly nice CSR said the tech was 5 minutes away from picking up the battery and then I would be able to track. By 1:45, no communication, no show, so I called again. Another incredibly nice tech said he would check and call me back. Tech evidently bailed on them, dispatcher said there was nothing they could do other than send someone tomorrow morning but they couldn't be here until 9:30 because they lived some distance away. So, no battery, lost a day of work- and I'm not inclined to gamble on someone showing up tomorrow. Aside from courteous CSRs, couldn't have been a more disappointing experience, and I still don't have a battery. I won't do this again.”

“Never showed up on the day of service. Technician went home for the day and I was never notified. They promised the technician would arrive at 8am the next morning and he was almost an hour late. Also very overpriced.”
