“Scheduled an appointment, no one showed up, no one called. I'm out $300 until it refunds and I can't go get a new battery since I have to wait on that money. I drive for work and this is not ok.”

“Tech was great, but brought the wrong battery which was different than what I had pre-paid for. I called customer service and was told there would be an $81.83 credit put back on my card, but it hasn't happened yet. Still reserving judgement, but I should have seen the credit by now.”

“Very helpful over the phone . Told me it would take a few hours to get the delivery and they arrived within 40 minutes! The delivery and installation was quick and efficient, a very polite. I would recommend this service.”

“Very simple ordering process and the technician arrived quickly and on time which was appreciated. Ryan was very friendly and trustworthy and did the battery change in less than 10 minutes which was also very appreciated. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs a battery delivered; I wasn't able to drive to the location to pick it up myself (since obviously my car wasn't starting) so this was a very convenient alternative and the fact that installation is included is a nice touch.”

“The ordering process was easy. The representatives were helpful and the delivery was on time and installation was fast. I will be using them in my time of need. I was stranded at a hotel and all those other delivery companies could not help me. AutoZone and Oriley only deliver to other businesses so I was out of luck , but I discovered 1-800 Battery and they help me out!!”

“My battery died on Sunday and they took care of it! I thought it was great to not only get a battery delivered on Sunday, but they also installed it. The gentlemen who delivered the battery did a great job.”

“1 star is as low as they will let me go. I would give negative 5 stars. They said they would be here in 3 hours. after 3.5 hours they texted and said it would be 3 more hours. Then I found out they don't even have the equipment to install a battery in a BMW.”

“If I could give a 0 review I would. I was originally scheduled for between 10:00am and 12:00pm I called at 12:30 and was told the technician would be there in 45 mins. I wasted 2 more hours and called again they said they had to find a new technician come out, I was then told 2 hours after that they had to cancel my order and give me a refund bc they couldn’t get the battery. The communication was awful, there was no service and completely unprofessional.”

“I had to wait almost five hours for them to deliver the service although an initial wait time of two hours was indicated when I ordered. No proactive notice was given, I had to call them three times before someone showed up finally. I felt this was a poor service. Besides this, the battery was replaced within minutes and we could use the car again.”

“Was promised delivery/insalation between 1-3 pm. Called at 3 pm and was told that no one had picked up the order. Reschedueld for 4:45. Guy who arrived was very helpful”

“Everything was great, on time, polite and nice tech. The only problem was that I ordered a Diehard platinum battery (premium battery) and the tech arrived with a Ford Mopar battery. The tech said that they are all the same and the manufacturer just changes the labels depending on who they are making the battery for and they ran out of the Diehard platinums. I was a bit disappointed but had to take the techs word for it. I did check the cold cranking amps along with the other specs and they were the same. I felt a little bit of a bait and switch going on but felt I had no choice since I needed a battery. So they should be more honest before coming out. If I wasn’t watching the tech he would have put the battery in without me knowing. Overall, with that said the service was good and saved me time from going to a dealership or battery place and wait all day.”

“First day was a no show with no communication. Second day I had to call to confirm anyone would show up. Was assured I’d hear something with in an hour. Two hrs later I got a text they were 4 min away. So with hardly any notice I finally got battery installed. I expected some credit/discount for inconvenience but didn’t receive anything. Will not use/recommend 1-800”
