“Service provider was 5 hours late and customer service was unresponsive. Tried calling, texting, and emailing but received no response for hours. Could not drive vehicle all day until battery was replaced. Fortunately the actual battery swap only took 5 min.”

“First of all your installer, Masood did a great job (5stars) I have called your company several times with no response via text or e-mail. All I wanted was some sort of invoice or bill of sale. ANSWER YOUR FRICKIN PHONES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not recommend this company”

“Time was changed causing me difficulty getting to work. Technician was given wrong battery and had to return to store. Technician was unable to make original appointment time per arrangement with the company (he is employed during that time).”

“The technician was amazing! The customer service and trying to reach someone from 1800 Battery was terrible. I started to think this was a fraudulent website and contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Just because of the stress of trying to reach someone and not getting a response; I will not be using this service again. I attempted to call (then used the texting option), and live chat. All three mediums of communication went unanswered.”

“In terms of ordering a battery and scheduling an installation, the site is great. When it comes to execution, things kind of fall apart. The site says you will receive an email throughout each stage in the process. I did not receive an email until after the battery was installed. My installation window was between 6pm and 7pm, but as of 6pm I still hadn't heard anything. No status change. Customer service was unnervingly informal (i.e. "hello?" was how they answered). I was told they'd definitely be there by 7pm. They weren't there at 7pm. Nor 7:30pm. Nor 8pm. They finally got here at 8:15pm. Customer service provided me no confidence.”

“Service was exceptional and extremely fast. Only feedback is that online when I scheduled it there was an option for date and time. I had picked the next day but someone showed up same day instead.”

“Great service. Took a little longer than expected, but great customer service when I checked in. Ended up being the wrong size battery (I think this was my fault) and he took the time to go back to the store and get the proper one for me. Couldn’t beat the quality and convenience for the price.”

“This service was a lifesaver! We were out of town on vacation and had the battery die and it wasn't able to be jumpstarted. The easy website to request service was great. I was happy to have the text updates and ability to track the technician when enroute so we could get back to the hotel in time to meet him. This allowed us to enjoy our wait time exploring around the city until his arrival. The technician was very professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend.”
