1-800-Battery gave me a time slot for a battery delivery and replacement and never showed up. They also never notified me; when I called I was told that they'd reach out to a tech and call me back asap. Several hours later, I had to call back and was told that they realized no techs were available. A good rule of thumb is if you're going to no-show a customer (especially after telling them you'd reach out soon), at least let them know so they can make other plans. I haven't checked to see whether I was charged for this service, but thanks for the reminder. I'll be sure to leave my feedback on third-party review sites as well.

Fantastic service and communication. I recommend strongly. My technician went out of his way to provide service at no extra cost or complaint, even driving to my location twice because I had neglected to mention my vehicle was a hybrid. I do recommend that 1-800-Battery add that question to their website for ignoramuses like me.

Service was absolutely terrific. Battery is difficult to replace on a Yukon. The repairman, Anthony was the best. Really knew what he was doing. I strongly recommend your service.

The gentleman stopped by on time, clearly had little to no training and had really cheap tool set. He brought a wrong battery and just stretched and pushed for things to fit Do not recommend

The service is convenient but very overpriced and the serviceman was over 2 hours late past the scheduled appointment. Via the tracker, he was sitting at one location for over 90 minutes when he texted that he was "on his way".

Upon having been on the road ,wife called me and said that the battery was dead . She called this company and ordered a diehard gold battery for over? 300.00 with install. When I returned home I checked truck and found it not starting I checked battery and found it was a cheaper interstate battery. About $150.00 .turned out to be the starter. I called them to complain about what they installed and what I purchased and of course in their fine print they have option to install compatible battery if 1 I ordered was not available. Upon visiting a cpl local parts places for starter I see plenty of diehard gold batterys available. Company blows.

Juan was a huge help. He communicated effectively to coordinate the appointment, replaced the battery quickly, and stuck around to make sure my car started. The car had been dead for several days, and needed an extra boost so he worked with me to troubleshoot the issue until the car was on and running. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Technician was great. Scheduler mistated date/time of technician's arrival and the total cost, which was $50 more than quoted.

tech came out 3 hours after the appointment. I was actually lucky that he was so late beause I was there when he tried to install the wrong battery. Not only was it the wrong power and a lesser battery but it was too small to fit into the battery space. This was supposed to be and exact replacement. To top it all off I was unable to get a rep on the phone to reschedule so I had to cancel this service and was charged anyway as if they had completed the install. Never again.

It was okay. I did get the battery replaced, but the battery was a different brand than what was advertised online when I purchased it and all they did was replace it. There was no testing of the old battery, no attempt to jump start the vehicle, and they didn’t register the battery with BMW.

This is a great idea but implemented very badly for me. I was willing to pay extra for the convenience of having battery replaced at my office. But, after fighting with a non-responsive website to schedule online, then an equally non-responsive chat I finally called. Made an appt. Aftert the time I was promised passed I called and was told the battery I needed wasn't available until the next day at a time when I couldn't be available. When were they going to tell me this. A lot of time wasted for what was supposed to be a convenience. I cancelled and will take less time to get my batter for probably 25% less. Ugh!

I was satisfied with Edgaro's work - it was professional. there was a glitch in making my initial appointment and it took an additional day to correct this glitch. the battery works fine.
