“Yes I paid a few dollars more than taking it in to my mechanic, but the experience was by FAR worth it. My serviceman was prompt, polite and efficient! I wish I would have know about this place a month ago! They also gave me a 3 year warranty on my battery! Will be my first call when I ned another battery!”

“The only negative was the first battery he brought was “dead”. He went back to Autozone and got another one. Service rep was awesome. 5+ stars.”

“The technician was knowledgeable and kind! He checked to make sure that my battery was dead and did need to be replaced, then he replaced it after confirming. My battery was replaced and my car was working again in about 15 minutes! I was weary of placing my order after reading some of the reviews, but I had no issues at all. I would use this service again!”

“Terrible. They came out and replaced the battery at 300.00. Two months later my car won’t start I call AAA and it’s my battery 1800battery put in an old battery and it was the wrong size for my car. They will not connect me to a manager they say he will call it’s been over a week. Don’t use this service.”

“They came on time. I was forced to choose online a battery a size smaller than what was in the vehicle originally. When they came they had the correct size battery with the proper CCA, so I was really happy with that.”

“Great service and great value! I was able to schedule a same-day installation on a Saturday. Tech arrived right on time. They sent me a heads up and provided a tracker so I knew exactly when he would arrive. I met him in my driveway, took him about 10 minutes to swap batteries out. Started the car on first try. He had a little advice about some things that had broken around the battery mounts. It was a great experience.”

“Horrible experience, which I'm stlll seeking answers to. The technician came to my residence, claimed to call (no missed call records) and didn't bother to email or ring my doorbell. They just left and charged me the full price without any service. Customer service said they couldn't help or offer a refund. Waiting to hear back after escalating up the chain. Don't want a refund, just want them to come out and do what I paid for.”

“Took three visits to get the right battery for my Jeep. Customer service was good though as was the install tech to keep on it and find the right battery.”

“Amazingly good service. I checked the battery price with two or three other providers. Based on the battery type and size I paid about 15% more than if I picked it up and installed it myself. Well worth the extra to have it done at the house. The installer, Anthony, was on time and professional. It took him 20 minutes and it was done perfectly. I would use them again tomorrow if necessary.”
