“Excellent Service! Same day! Tracking of the mechanic who was on time and very professional. Took him 25 min to replace the battery in my BMW and register it in the cars computer for the same cost of going to the dealer. Maximum Convenience!”

“The technician arrived early which was great. He asked questions about the battery and car. Changed out the battery, and the car started up. Fast and efficient. I would use 1-800-battery again.”

“I didn’t get the mechanics name but he was nice, polite, fast and personable. He explained what work he did and tests he performed. He made recommendations on how to care for my new battery since it was obvious I don’t drive the car that much.. This is a great service for the elderly!! Reasonable prices! Will use again.”

“Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday morning for the following morning for the 8am-10am window. Waited around Sunday morning for the tech to show up and when they had not by 1030am, I called. Sat on the line for 30 mins before finally getting someone to inform me that there was not a technician available in the area for the day I was scheduled for. Took another 24 hours for someone to show up. The technician was was great and quick. This was the only positive of my experience with 1 800 battery.”

“After going to three places on a Saturday and them telling me I could not change my smaller battery because I have a hybrid. I contacted 1-800 batteries. Alan came out this morning within the timeframe I was quoted, he replaced my battery tested it and off he went. Painless, professional, and easy! Thank you 1-800 battery!!!!”

“My husband woke up to a dead battery in his car, and it was so dead that we couldn't even jump it to take it in, so he took my car to work. I got online, bought the battery, and scheduled installation with 1-800-battery at 8:10. By 9:40, the tech had come, had the battery installed, and we were good to go! For something that seemed like it was going to be a major headache on a Monday morning, this was so easily resolved thanks to 1-800-Battery.”

“Recently I needed a battery replacement for my Audi Q7. With no vehicle to go and get a new battery, I decided to give 1-800 battery a try. In less than 4 hrs they were in my driveway, and installing my battery. Saved me a lot of headache! I will have no problem calling them again if need be. Thank You!”

“I was very pleased with the technician that installed my battery. He arrived 3 hours before estimated arrival time and identified himself as the person who would be doing the installation. He was courteous yet professional. I had never heard of your service before as I had always had to wait until a neighbor or relative could do my previous situations when battery replacement was needed. I'm thankful that AAA was busy as I would have never found out about your mobile service. I will be using your service in the future when needed and have passed the info onto my other relatives in case they need battery service in the future.”

“I800battery was very good for me because I’m alone, my battery was dead, and aaa didn’t have nine in stock. Unfortunately I did have to wait through the weekend because their warehouse was closed. It was quite expensive and although they came after my window time they did do s good job and my car is running great.”
