“Excellent service. One thing I want to mention is about "Warranty" of the Battery installed? The technitian was very nice guy. But I did not get warranty for 36KMile from him. Who will provide Baterry warranty certificate?”

“First time I ordered a battery to be installed at my home, the reservation was for that day. I thought that was great. Until they contacted me and told me it would have to be the next day. That didn't work into my schedule. I then ordered another battery to be installed the next day. The appointment was set and we were good to go. The day of the appointment, I got a call from them and they told me (this time, but not the last time) that the battery I ordered was not the right one for my car, and that I needed a specific battery. They said they would install the one I chose, but it would void my car warranty. Of course the newer battery was priced at $100 more. Funny how they never caught this the first time I ordered the battery and needed to cancel. Safe to say, I canceled the appointment and will not be ordering a battery from them again.”

“Wow! What a great experience. I ordered a bateery online. It turned out it I was wrong about what I needed. I was able to cancel the order and re-order the right battery and get it installed at an address that was not mine that I changed at the last minute. Garic Cooper was fantastic doing the install. I will always use 1-800-Battery in the future.”

“Battery was promised by 3pm yesterday. Got test saying it's be today. Checked order status, and they couldn't say when it'd be done, and they offered to cancel order. At least they cancelled my car battery order without too much hassle. Just wasted a precious day of my time.”

“Prompt service but installer didn't come with equipment needed to test to see voltage of battery. Next day it was dead. Was told that an additional service charge would be needed to have someone come out”

“The price was very fair, the mechanic was friendly and efficient. the only problem was that it was not done on the day originally scheduled, it was the next day but was not a problem for me.”

“This was the first time I used 1-800-Battery. I cannot tell you how conveinient and profissient this experience was. The map that showed where my technician was and the ETA was a nice touch. If I could give it 10 stars I would! It was refreshing to be updated continuously so I knew when the tech would arrive. BRAVO”
