“The tech was over 24 hours late from what I was originally quoted by their site. No one called me to let me know they would be late, I had to reach out to them and ask where the tech was only to be told they would not arrive until the following day. This forced me to use vacation time from work as I was left stranded unexpectedly. The next day the tech was an hour late past the install window I was given, at which point I did not believe they would be coming at all so I pulled my battery on my own using the wrong tools I had available and planned to walk it several miles to an auto store. Tech arrived right as I was getting ready to leave. He did not have the same battery that I ordered but he at least did install it. 1800Battery offered me a discount for all the trouble, but then refused to discount me more than $10. A complete joke, I would only recommend them to my enemies.”

“I almost never say this but I was completely satisfied with your service. Everyone was knowledgeable, dependable, and friendly!! I had a new battery delivered and installed in my dead car in a VERY short amount if time saving me considerable time and energy. The customer service rep even knew that I had initially ordered the wrong battery and helped me correct that!! Thank you all for a great experience!!”

“These people run a fast service and should be on speed dial. i was amazed of how quick they changed the battery in less than 10 minutes and i was back in business. For a dead battery experience, this was the most positive part of my day.”

“They honored their warranty, replacing the battery, and quickly. However I had to call to get the promised refund. They also did not replace with the battery promised, the Die Hard Gold, but with the Exide, the same brand that failed after only ten months.”

“This is a wonderful service. My battery died on a Friday evening. I ordered the service at 6am on Saturday. Kyle the technician arrived with a new battery before noon. He changed it out in 20 minutes. He was professional and friendly. I will use this service again and tell my circle about it. Additionally the cost was under $300. I have an HHR. Walmart's battery was over $300 and I would need to wait 5 days for it to be installed. Thank you 1-800 batteries. Thank you Kyle!”

“I cannot recommend this service enough! I woke up to a dead battery, scheduled an appointment and to my surprise they were able to move my appointment up and fit me in same day which was amazing! The gentleman who did the install was very pleasant and worked quickly to get me back on the road. The convenience of this service cannot be beat. Thank you so much!”
