The service was great, the service technician was great, the battery I received is great. BUT, I bought and paid for a Diehard battery, and I received an AC Delco battery, which should have been about $40 or so cheaper when I priced the batteries online. When I asked the technician about it (who, again, was fantastic) he said that he just picks up what they ordered for him. When I filled out an online contact form from your website, complete with photos of my order and the installed battery, I received no response. I feel badly because the service was really great, but I feel like I had a bait and switch.

I would have been very unhappy if I'd been waiting by the side of the road instead of at my home because they claimed I'd get service in an hour and it took more like two hours. Then the guy showed up without the battery I ordered and paid for, and he spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate with him about the battery he offered me instead. For all I know, they sold me an expensive battery and delivered a cheap one. Seems likely. FYI: I chose one star, but that function doesn't seem to be working!

The service was sufficient, he brought a new battery and took the old one. He wasn’t extremely personable and he didn’t put everything back in the car, he also didn’t like that he had to move his car so that my wife could get her car out. But overall he did what he was paid to do.

As a senior citizen, I was very pleased with the service and speed of the service I received. I will recommend and use 1-800 Battery again if the occasion rises.

Tyeesha was our tech and she was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Great communication from the company and her. Showed up within an hour and had my car running again. I wouldn't highly recommend 1-800-Battery.

I requested a dead battery to be replaced back on Sept.8 at like 8am CST. Later that day around 1pm I called to advise I have a push start car because I wasn’t sure if that would cost me more than what I paid which was $275.58 for a 2014 Nissan Altima battery replacement. I spoke to one of there customer service representatives who stated they were having issues with even getting in contact with the technician and will reach out tomorrow which would be Sept.9(Saturday) with an update. The next day no contact so I decided to call on my own and a different representative advised me they still haven’t been able to reach the technician and he sometimes “flake out” on them. Please keep in mind this company knowing this has already charged my card. I waited all that day which was Saturday and still my order hadn’t moved. I was told if I cancel then I would receive my full refund back to my debit card within 5-10 business days. I cancelled on Sunday so the first business day would be that Monday which was Sept.11. As of today Sept.26 I still haven’t received my refund which is ridiculous when this company (1800 battery) knew they had a janky technician that don’t even show up to work! My money should’ve been back on my card that same week! Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank since they just can’t get it right. So, I would recommend anyone who uses 1800 battery call them to make sure they have a working technician or technicians in your area because they’re not what they advertise which is having technicians available in your area!

Wow! What a great service. I was dreading having to find the right battery, removing the existing one and getting the new one properly installed. 1-800-Battery, got me to the right battery and the installation technician was here as scheduled, same day! Also, cheaper than my regular service center, which wanted to charge me much more for the battery plus installation. I will be recommending these guys to all my neighbors and friends.

I went to Reno for a short vacation. The next morning the car wouldn't start. I called Chevrolet but they couldn't look at it until two days later and I was going to have to tow it there. My friend had found 1-800-Battery online and so we decided to give them a try. I called and set up an appointment for the next day to have someone come out to where my car was parked. Marco came out that night and changed the battery! Marco was awesome, very knowledgeable and kind. I cannot recommend this company any higher. Anyone stranded with a dead battery should give 1-800-Battery a call.
