“I had a great experience ordering a battery for my vehicle. The order process was smooth and comfortable and the price was acceptable, especially because it included recycling of the old dead battery, The 1-800-Battery technician was knowledgeable and he kept me informed about what he was doing and why. That put me at ease. He displayed excellent communication and people skills. He arrived promptly with the correct battery, tools and equipment needed to check my vehicle's electrical system. The Installation and a final check of my vehicle's alternator and starter made sure that my battery was the only problem. The price and convenience of having this done in my own garage were well worth it.”

“Alan was courteous and made short work in replacing the battery. I would suggest adjusting your website to close out the appointments after the time frame or when a technician wouldn’t be able to arrive on time.”

“Technician was great but the website failed to notify me (the user) that the company was closed on the date ordered and instead gave me a delivery window of "3 hours 3 minutes". There was no afterhours call service, no recorded message and no indication on the website of the closing. Unacceptable in this day and age.”

“The primary advantage to this service is that you don’t have to leave your house. However, the batteries are at the upper end of the generally accepted price range the charge for coming to your house and installing it is between 100 and $150. Finally, they were two hours late with their service call. If the most important thing is to not have to leave your house, and you don’t mind waiting the entire day, then this might be a good choice. However, if you’re able to leave the house, simply driving to a local auto parts dealer, buying the battery and having them install it will save you money and time.”
