“Best car repair experience ever! No hassle, quick turnaround, good email updates and reasonably priced. I know the technicians are subcontracted out, but I must tell you Tameron L. in Tampa was personable, professional, neat and efficient. A very well spoken young man with wonderful manners. “A young gentleman came out and didn’t check the battery that was in car. I was leaving for a trip thst day and thought that was it. At my travel destination the next day car was dead. Apparently it wasn’t the battery. We probably paid 300.00 for a battery replacement that wasn’t needed. My problem with this service is that you better be sure it’s the battery!”

“I submitted my request at 9AM online for delivery and installation of a car battery. At the time, the website was showing an ETA of 3 hours and 3 minutes. The technician did not arrive until almost 5:45PM and stated he was only supposed to deliver the car battery. Luckily, the technician was nice enough to stay and install the car battery, but after he finished the installation and tested the battery, it was not testing well, so I may now be stuck with a bad battery. Would not use the service again.”

“I was completely stranded and 1-800-Battery came out right away and changed the battery on my car and got me up and running fast! The technician was really great, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend the service!”

“They said they would get to me from 11 am to 1 pm. They showed up at 2 pm. However, replaced the battery in ten minutes and my truck is back in operation. Best money spent on car repair ever! This was convenient and the service was very good.”
