“Very easy, fast, and convenient process from beginning to end! The mechanic who came out to replace my batter was the best!!! He was on time. He communicated very well, and even checked my tires as well which was not the reason he was dispatched. I can’t say enough great comments about this company and the person who was dispatched to do the work!”

“Dont even think of using this company. ordered an asap install(2-3 hours). After 4.5 hours called and after 45 min wait on phone(no answer), text option(no response), then online chat someone will be right with you(no response). I cancelled now I get 5-7 business days for a refund(will see).”

“I was very pleased with the response. JW was there within a couple of hours. He was very thorough in checking everything during the installation. My only complaint was the battery that he brought was not the one I had asked for and it did not show up on the ones available on the website, so I'm not sure if it was cheaper or more expensive. He offered to go back and pick up the AC Delco it purchased but I accepted the one he had. I was just a little leary of a bait-and-switch situation. I guess I will find out in time if the battery is satisfactory.”

“The technician was quick and extremely polite. However, I am very disappointed in the battery. The four choices I had to pick from for my car were all AC Delcos. I picked a higher end one that was cca 810. I received a cca 700 Exide Sprinter battery. It's not what I prepaid for. The dispatcher told my technician on the phone that they'd credit me $20 back to my card, but I never received a credit. Very disappointed and beware of what you order vs what you get.”

“Warning to anyone who thinks of using these scam artists!!! I have an 18 month warranty on a battery that I got with them 5 months ago, called to have them send a tech to verify what my mechanic discovered, that it was bad. They took $107 to cover a tech trip charge in case the battery tested and promised me a tech for the next morning and told me to have my phone on and close by. Not only did the Tech NEVER show up, when I called them they do not even have a Tech in my STATE. They never intended to send one. The lies and run around continued for 2 weeks telling me to go to a local store to get the replacement battery. Called the place before hand and was assured it was there for me. When I got there an hour later they said not only did they not have the battery but have no record of it. They have cost me hundreds of dollars in taxi fees for 2 weeks to get to and from work because every phone call was another lie. I regret the day I used this company. $260 battery that lasted 5 months then had to buy another battery fir my mechanic to install at my expense all the while being lied to over and over again. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS, WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!!”

“Excellent Job. Tech showed up within an hour (or less), was highly knowledgeable and replaced the battery on my son's vehicle. Also, he had to deal with a toxi-lock system on the vehicle and he was able to replace the battery without disrupting that system. 5 Stars! Russ Hagberg”

“Amazing service! I didn't have to waste a whole day taking my car somewhere to get my battery replaced. They came to me within about 2 hours and then it was done in 20 minutes. Genius!”

“The worst service ever! Had a terrible time getting them to my house. When they finally showed up, my battery was good and didn't need replacement. That was Nov 17th! Still I have no refund. There is no one to speak to other then some kid in Texas. Stay as far away as possible. Btw, I have never written a bad review for anyone. This place deserves it. Please stay away. The worst service anywhere!!!”
