“I called for car battery at 10:45 AM because website said delivered in 90 minutes. Operator told me he will put me in 11 AM to 1 PM timeslot but will arrive before then. Will get email updates on status. At 12:30 still no battery and no email updates. I called back and he says drivers picking up battery and will be there by 1pm. I called back at 2:30 PM. Still no battery. Still no email updates on status. I talk to operator and put on hold for four minutes and then disconnected. I have to call back. Now I am told driver is close but has a FLAT TIRE, REALLY??? At 5 PM still no battery, still no email updates. I called to CANCEL my order, this is ridiculous. I am told at this point he is on your street. Will be at your house in a few minutes. An hour and a half battery delivery/install turned out to be a SIX HOUR AND 15 MINUTE wait. What a shame. If delivered in a reasonable amount of time and email updates rating would be better. I did this to same time. I could've driven somewhere and picked up the battery myself and save time and money.”

“I was so happy to have a highly competent mechanic come to my house to replace the battery in my car. (Sheldon is terrific!) It’s an expensive service, but was well worth it for me. And also a shout out to the customer service people manning the 800 number - I spoke with a couple of them and felt reassured that the service requested would be the service provided - and it was. (Seems important to mention in this day and age of low quality - 1-800-Battery stands out as a high quality operation. 10/10 would recommend!)”

“When I placed my order, the window I selected was 8-10 am. The battery didn't get installed until after that window but it was not the fault of the installer. There seems to be some integration issues between Affirm and 1800 battery. Also there was a lag in customer service responding to my inquiry. Once dispatched, the installer did a great job and was very efficient.”

“This was the best experience with battery replacement that I have ever had! I ordered on line and then picked a delivery time and the battery and gentleman who would install arrived. “Delivery/Installation on time and well done. Sales process reminded me of "Bait and Switch". Offered me two batteries suited to my vehicle based on license plate. Its a KIA. I chose the cehaper of the two offers (non-AMG battery. About an hour later recived a call saying KIA woud not allow non-AMG battery to be installed and I had to $120 more for a suitable AMG battery. I paid a total nearing $500. Installer arrived and said the battery in my vehicle was not AMG and must have been a replacement at sometime. I showed the man the battery was a KIA battery, non AMG and original factory equipment . To my way of thinking, II had been screwed out of $120 and lied to about the 2017 Sorrento needing an AMG battery.”

“Very happy with the service provided. I was called within a hour of making my online request. Tech arrived and replaced my dead car battery with the new battery I had selected and took the old battery with him. Couldn't be easier or more convenient! Happy customer!”
